WTI breaks $50..

1. OBA output avg at 5834 in Aug .. probably higher now.
2. Mariposa offers good upside: The natural controlled flow rate recorded was approximately 4,601 barrels of oil per day of 40.8 degree API oil with a water cut of 0.35% and 348psi flowing wellhead pressure over a 40/64" choke and indicated strong further production potential.
3. Energy sector sentiment has shifted from negative to neutral aswell
4. No debt and FCF with lots of news coming!

And yet the share price languishes at 16p ( even with a seller this should be snapped up!)

1. P25 spud Sep17
2. CPO5 M1 tests, Mariposa-1 interpretation of the short term test data in Sep17 with oil prod by Nov17
3. RODA upgrades and equipment maintenance in Ecuador which will be completed Sep17
4. Production going from 6075 to close to 7k treatment of existing wells and new production from plantillo. Sep17
5. Pad 5 to pad9 interconnection complete Sep17
6. Go ahead from the Colombian authorities in respect of the acquisitions RNSd in March. They said it could take 120 days to get approval. Sep17
7. Reserves uplift mmbo? Sep17-nov17
8. ONGC maybe buyout of Amer ? Sep to nov17?? ( Oil and Natural Gas Corp, plans to invest $150 million in exploration this fiscal year to drill more wells in Colombia, where it just made a commercial discovery, as well as in Kazakhstan and Bangladesh).

50 trades this morning of which only 4 were sells. Only small volume but just maybe the games are coming to an end, having been well held @ 16p all week.

they said long while ago they might acquire production for oba throughput or look at tarif deals

share price delib controlled lower which mean they give shares away but get oil

they make $10pb on oil bought with shares

they tell market about it all next week with conference call

Solved

"Cash opex costs per barrel are expected to reduce from approximately $26 to under $15. In addition to the cost savings, Amerisur OBA and SOTE (Ecuadorian pipeline to the coast) exported crude will receive Oriente plus a quality compensation factor, which has historically approximated to WTI pricing. Current trucked production is sold as South Blend, which is at a discount to WTI."

10k was "peak" but nothing to say it was just one day?

Hopefully we're as undervalued as I believe, but management need to be more transparent, and start telling us as soon as things happen, not after all of their mates have acted on the info.

FY 16, avg daily prod 3081, ave price $38.42

We didn't get figures for Jan, but H1 '17 should see average of around 4500 with prices over $46 (so 50% extra production and at least 20% higher prices.

August has proved OBA beyond 10,000/day and prices are up near $50 ... hence H1 should be massively beaten by H2 as the OBA volumes go much higher...

at $15 costs through OBA, that's now $35/bl gross profit ... $175000 per day at the 5k throughput level, over double at the peak throughput.
