Nice announcement this morning. 12.5% of our shares being bought for 64.50p and an increased dividend going forward of 7p a share. So dividend on reduced holding will be just over 2% higher than existing dividend and an eighth of our holding cashed out at much closer to NAV. It will be very interesting to see what the market does with the price now.

Gary, I have 2 long spreadbets open from 40.69 and 41.19. One bought the day before ex-div to receive the div (payable on xd date on spreadbets), and the other bought when the share price failed to rally for a time after the xd fall.
Taken a while but bets showing some green shoots of profit now. Looks like the spike to 45 today sold off.

Sky. Still holding a pin spreadbet which is stuck at the bottom of the ocean !

GARY - Yes, took a very small position @ 42pCD when you mentioned them on the JDT thread. Doubled up this morning @ 43.5p.

The chart is interesting, not least for the vertical fall from 80p 3 yrs ago. The chart looks parabolic; and could go vertical...

Well I was happy to pick up another 100k today. Those two large trades are interesting.

Larger shareholders and directors not happy with the discount this trades at so sounds as though he has been brought in to find a solution.

They are doing right by shareholders, very pleased about that. Maximising shareholder value is what it should always be about.
