Interesting developments in Kazakhstan, as the government wants to stimulate more mining and exploration activities with tax incentives to do it.

"It is proposed to stimulate companies through co-financing, exemption from VAT, depreciation of 25% of expenses for geological exploration work for solid mineral deposits (the practice is valid for hydrocarbon exploration) and other financial support instruments."

L2 Only 950 left on offer at 137p after that no shares on offer till 140p

Update at 15.49 ....137p gone.....shares now cost 140p !!

Meanwhile L2 is getting interesting (I don't normally post as much with updates so people shout if it is too much info)

3 Market Makers now on bid for 6,482 @130p but less being offered - 663 shares @135P and 3,504 @ 136p both in 1 place only each .....I don't believe the MMs have many shares......they are starting to run for cover IMHO

That’s a good holding! I too started investing in the business when it was HMB run by Nicholas Bridgen. But never held indefinitely cos things always went wrong, consistent with your point.

excellance ....Just the usual things that go on....you can make the argument (the conspiracy type)that the market makers wanted to mark the tape and try to convey the price is weak (because some folk just look at the last trade).....when in fact it is strong....let us see what happens....

Had £500 spare at end of month, bought 370 this am to take holding to 262,370. Held over 1% at one point......been since HMB days when the boiler blew up killing some poor chap.

Someone sold them 1000 shares @131.325p.... so there is demand....Looks like my approach of quietly rounding up my holding to a nice figure without gapping the price upward is not going to work !!

It’s mostly me buying, 17k today. But I just buy at the market price, so my orders get filled automatically.

I was trying to copy a screenshot of current Level 2 (sorry don't know how to on advfn)...It has improved now to 4012 @130p Bid....vs the same offers.... Mid Price now 132.5p.... It wasn't me ....so there are other people now trying to buy on the bid.....looks like there is some interest !!

Remember there is no guarantee the bidder is going to get filled as the sellers have to come to the bid ( and who really wants to sell at the moment ).....and the only way to be sure is to take out the offer.....BUT you only get 700 shares !! then it is 136p....

I am trying to buy a few on the bid....but may have to up bid , but don't want to go chasing....looks strong as I said above and any sustained buying could get this motoring. Again IMHO

The 124p price comes from the uncrossing trade first thing on open this morning and is not the current price....Remember ALTN is SETS traded so any transaction that takes place through that system will be recorded as the price....

2 Market makers with volume of 4012 @ 128p Bid vs 1 Market Maker for 700 @135p Offered and next 2 Market Makesr for 6,000 @136p.....Mid Price 131.5p Up 1.5 from close last night

Share price looks strong and 1,000 purchases going through at 135.60

Agreed as you say "key". The RNS regarding TS is interesting in itself when you reread it again in the cold light of day and after the AGM. It does seem likely that there is something going on with TS....IMHO

Didn't they switch zones, and since then have drilled several, yet very little quantifiable information has been released from this "key" asset.
Why?

I know that, but it was 4 years ago, they have been drilling ever since and not updated it.....
