30/9/2016 10:25 | gently coming back, time for my second lavazza of the day | the patient investor
29/9/2016 17:25 | anyway, this is just speculation however, these are HARD FACTS hxxp://www.directors would you , a director, put SIX MILLIONS QUID of your own cash in a company that has a very very strong future?! Of course, but only if you are super confident in it! And what better incentive to perform at your best to achieve your objectives! | the patient investor
29/9/2016 17:19 | example cd be interim results with good strong figures followed by news of a contract a few days later. so, maybe ALT is keeping some good stuff for later? | the patient investor
29/9/2016 17:17 | correct me if im wrong sometimes companies publish TWO positive news SEPARATELY. Cant think of an example, i saw it a few times a while ago. Two positive news combined in one rns trigger one strong day of buying. If they are kept separate , say by 3-4 days, the strong buying is multiplied by two days. | the patient investor
29/9/2016 15:57 | Thought so SH. Interesting that scsw subscribers are privy to the info, but the company didn't feel it was worthy of announcement to the general public. Maybe they have their reasons but seems strange. | melf
29/9/2016 15:50 | Melf - true. | sheep_herder
29/9/2016 15:40 | Am I correct in thinking that the 50:50 gross profit split is only mentioned in scsw article? I don't believe I have seen this mentioned in any RNSs although I stand to be corrected. | melf
29/9/2016 15:00 | "Altitude unit partnership with Aprinta By StockMarketWire | Tue, 14th June 2016 - 07:44 Altitude Group's wholly owned subsidiary, Customer Focus Software Inc, has agreed a partnership with Aprinta Group based in Rochester, NY, a leader in the provision of screen printing and promotional product supply to distributors, based in North America. Altitude will provide a technology solution to create over one million linked websites for Aprinta's distributor customers. Each of these e-commerce enabled sites will be automatically branded with the customer's logo or design using technology from the Group's Interactive Imaging business, including the patented ArtworkTool solution. In addition, Altitude will provide Aprinta with full visibility and editorial control across the entire customised website structure. In return, Altitude will receive a share of the gross margin on revenue generated through the new website structure. The agreement is for an initial five-year term, with automatic renewal for a further five years. The Directors expect the first websites to be in place towards the end of Q3 2016 and that the Agreement will not have an impact on the Group's results for the current year." Wow....over one million linked websites!...:-) | sja123
29/9/2016 14:54 | I'm assuming Octopus must be selling out a few more....plenty of buying today but price holding steady.... | sja123
28/9/2016 17:05 | Yes, Melf, and when you do the numbers on those 1M t-shirts a day it gets quite exciting. Still I doubt we'll see 3 quid until at least the next half year results. | sheep_herder
28/9/2016 16:43 | An excerpt from the Aprinta deal RNS: Billy Dolan, Chief Executive of Aprinta Group, said, "We have had this vision for three years and have looked at every option to find a technology partner that not only understood the personalised product space in fine detail, but also had every element of the technology we needed to make this a success by accommodating a significant transition of the industry to an online model. The revenue share arrangement ensures we are all incentivised to deliver this solution to distributors in the USA's $22 billion market place. "We have over half a million square feet of production space in Alexander City, Alabama alone, with additional facilities in Rochester, New York and Los Angeles, California giving us the largest capacity for screen printing in the USA. We also have plans to double this over the next 12 months by adding new equipment and upgrading existing machinery. There is no other company with the capacity to print, pack and ship 500,000 t-shirts and 500,000 pens from the same facility within two days." | melf
27/9/2016 18:37 | Octopus selling, chairman buying......I know who I'm following..... | melf
27/9/2016 18:14 | Octopus investments have been reducing their from an original 1.9m shares to 844k as at 16 sept. They must be very close to tr reducing their holding to zero- then there's going to be nothing to hold the stock back . As there only 12 million or so shares in free float (75% hold held by insist and directors) - when the next set of contracts get announced this will be going vertical in a big way. | ihatemms
27/9/2016 17:20 | I think you'll find that the sale took place a few days ago....turned out to be a rotten bit of timing on their part! | melf
27/9/2016 17:06 | Institution selling today - taking advantage of all the ramping!! | bpc10
27/9/2016 16:54 | I keep referring back to the scsw numbers and does seem to good to be true.....are we all missing something here? | melf
27/9/2016 09:48 | tpi - I think you'll have to remain patient. There should be more news flow as new deals are signed within the customised merchandise market but they also hinted at other uses for their software product. Will be interesting to see what other markets they attack. As for numbers, I'm not sure we'll see anything until the next update. Would be great to see the WHI note if anyone can upload it. | sheep_herder
27/9/2016 08:50 | Any news expected soon? Tx | the patient investor
27/9/2016 08:07 | What's the timescales on that? Edit - Oh I see, WHI, the house broker has finally woken up! | sheep_herder
26/9/2016 16:03 | I wonder how long before we get dividends paid out that match today's share price. 4Imprint pay out 44c with figures of $536m/32m/22m (revenue/gross profit/net profit). Could ALT pay a 50p dividend with numbers of £32m/28m/25m? | sheep_herder
26/9/2016 15:49 | Pretty quiet here today - is everyone scrounging down the back of the sofa? | sheep_herder
26/9/2016 12:44 | well done guys looks amazing | colin12345678 |
