13/10/2016 13:39 | That's my reading of the situation as well....they will try to get it back below £1 again I believe at close.....but each time they lower it too much, are hit with another wave of buying without getting the sells they need... Will push much higher soon imo..... | sja123
13/10/2016 13:16 | I've seen these kind of moves before. Spiking it is the only way to get sellers... Suggests that this will go much higher short term imho... | allstar4eva
13/10/2016 12:49 | Market makers are having some fun with this......no wonder you hate them! | melf
13/10/2016 12:18 | That's a tidy amount ! | panic investor
13/10/2016 12:17 | I was hoping to hear more contract news b4 I topped up more but the price won't just stay still and so still engaging in tiny top ups (89p,93,105p). Just another 2.5k to get b4 I stabilise my holding @ 175k. I will then only buy more dependent on news flow. | ihatemms
13/10/2016 09:41 | Bought more today.Can not buy online,only through broker | msarwar014
13/10/2016 09:34 | Given that we know they want over a fiver, do we really give a hoot about them keeping their options below that number? I'd suggest it was a dead cert that they wouldn't be selling aside from Varley who is already maxed out. He'll have to sell at every options maturation date from here on in. | sheep_herder
13/10/2016 09:05 | hi King are you referring to the options? is that good? | ali47fish
13/10/2016 09:03 | Especially as the shares as massively up from the option price. | allstar4eva
13/10/2016 08:55 | It was very positive to see the director share dealing yesterday. Refreshing and very confidence building that directors never dumped the shares for cash, especially in Varley's case as he holds so many. | value king
12/10/2016 21:52 | Panic - I'm glad - but I feel my lyrical mashup may have been lost on those that frequent this board - a generational thing no doubt. I saw the 99p close price and couldn't resist.... :-) | sheep_herder
12/10/2016 20:50 | Sheep - I bought late on today and will add tomorrow | panic investor
12/10/2016 20:45 | About 31m are held by directors and institutions. | ihatemms
12/10/2016 20:39 | Can anyone confirm how many of the 42m shares are held by the board and institutions? | adthorn
12/10/2016 18:56 | I have been looking at top three American Promo company,( Proforma,BDA, and IMS) and none of them have what ALT has to offer to them. i think for directors to hold on to options at this price tells you that there is more to come. | hitsha1
12/10/2016 18:13 | Anyone got the wh broker note? 300p target.. cheers | leeson31
12/10/2016 17:58 | Panic Investor, if you got searching problems, I feel bad for you son, I got 99 pence, but I ain't sellin' none, hit me. | sheep_herder

12/10/2016 12:20 | Also like this from SCSW..... "Customer stickiness Both provision of catalogues and “shop” software clearly have superb revenue visibility and customer “stickiness customer becomes almost a permanent addition to revenues." Repeat revenues always an attractive business model....as new deals are announced, the company effectively grows organically..... Also.. "Around 75% of market share is still attributable to 130,000 small distributors with annual revenues of less than US$2.5m. Varley isn’t setting out to build another 4Imprint lookalike but instead he has laid out plans to supply technology to the small firms, a market potentially worth US$1bn." Many, many distributors who will want this software imo.....as has been previously said, in order to keep pace with those that have it....there will surely be many more deals announced.... All IMO etc | sja123
12/10/2016 11:58 | Nice to see the move up again today. I cannot say I'm in any way surprised. The pure profit that comes in as revenues from every use amounts to a huge amount for ALT and split halve with Aprita etc. 5 years culmination of work by the CEO changing this business in which they've stayed cash generative and profitable and debt-free in the main. Now it's pay back time for the sacrifices. | value king
12/10/2016 11:45 | WH Ireland Have 300p tgt price in recent note SCSW described it as a "multibagger" Directors continually buying shares CEO owns 29% of company aligning his interests with all holders His latest purchase recently at over 40p 42m shares only, many now tightly held 2 x deals already announced this year with profit share Bigger than Aprinta deal in talks Hints of more deals to come Genuine re-rate now company moving into profit and cutting costs 80% profit margins Software already in the bag, little R&D spending required One stop shop for Click2Ship solution for branded goods getting distributors attention Massive US market to address Weakening £ makes US earnings more lucrative still Hinted at other possible applications for its software solutions You might also want to spend a little time researching yourself....if you're not a day trader of course...then it won't matter.... IMO etc | sja123
12/10/2016 11:21 | lol Edit - sorry, I shouldn't be so flippant. Try going back a few hundred posts and have a read. | sheep_herder
12/10/2016 11:16 | Why is this climbing ? Can't see anything in the results ... | panic investor
12/10/2016 09:01 | Fly me to the moon, let me play among the stars.... | sheep_herder |
