Agree - total BS - for a start - he is ignoring the debt !!!!
Perhaps he is reading the 2007 accounts? As the company did have decent positive NAV until 3-4 years ago when the market went pear-shaped..

Barclays just want some of their money back via an ordinary gradual sale of the property portfolio.
Anyone who thinks this company will be around in 2-3 years time need to understand accounts.
The best option is an quick ultra high risk day trade.. But the spread puts me off. Not many would have made money here recently
