According to persons familiar in Guernsey, there has been interest shown in the company. However no Rns of an approach. Thought the 2 single trades might be something to do with it, but it appears for the moment that someone paid circa £15 to lead us to believe an RNS was imminent.

Well WTF?! was all that about?

It did both.
A rise to .25 and all the way back down to .075 just unbelievable.
Has a boiler room got hold of this, bought up shares and sold them on then once they are out the share price crashes back to where it belongs?
Stock Exchange ought to take a look.

red army - Incorporated in Guernsey - Corporate tax only £500 p/a Fixed fee. So no tax loss benefits - See earlier notes. Tis is dead - Totally dead.

Current market cap is very small but losses could be worth something for a company looking for tax mitigation.

On the chart above that is a 20% fall today , perhaps the short closers are finished for now.... still believe these should be suspended.

This isn't a solvent business with accumulated tax losses (and anyway, it's really quite hard to utilise past losses via a reverse t/o these days). It's a company which is insolvent and which Barclays are allowing to run down, because the directors' fees are less than what insolvency practitioners would charge to wind things up. You're either hoping a bigger fool will come in as a buyer enabling you to unload, or you're failing to see the situation for what it is....

By having gone short and closing those shorts.
That suggests that someone needs there profit rather than getting more profit when this is delisted at zero.
The question also is if it delists to zero when is the profit on a short realised, is there a delay on payout?

You are not still making a profit long are you?
