18/8/2017 11:44 | Still life in the old dog yet, with comments like this in the financials "With the net proceeds being used to PARTIALLY pay bank borrowings" Do Barclays know something the rest of us aren't privi too!! | gbenson1
18/8/2017 09:24 | latest half year results and it amazes me that this company is ALLOWED to remain on the exchange Equity is over £67m Negative Not prepared on a going concern basis income from rent £304k But property exp -£407k Before Investment managers - £440k Admin Costs - £193k It beggars belief that a company with 3 properties that lose money in themselves , then needs to spend over £1m a year to "investment manage" Clearly Barclays has agreed to this despite it taking funds from them. The Auditor has been re-appointed - what work is there to do now? But they will continue to reap a fee. No appointment of a liquidator - I believed that a liquidator would be expensive - but given the state of play when the property income is negative before fees and admin - the longer this takes to dispose of property the worse it gets. It looks as though all are just enjoying a last hurrah and Barclays are complicit in this - why? There have been some legal challenges to the Foreign Currency Hedging arrangements with other companies - is there one here? If not why not? Of course the losers are the shareholders - yet this still has a quote - Outrageous! | fenners66
02/8/2017 13:36 | Someone sticking their head above the parapet, and it's not me. | gbenson1
19/7/2017 18:40 | I can only wish you luck , but as you are aware its not a gamble I would take. | fenners66
19/7/2017 12:14 | fenners66 I'm a sixty year old property investor/developer, not some gullible novice, but I do take your point. Only time will tell. | gbenson1
19/7/2017 11:51 | gbenson1 - what I wonder is if you have been sold a line by someone who claims to be "in the know" but actually is more likely just making it up. The properties are well into negative equity , the rents may well pay the director's wages and running costs but not the interest on the loans so it gets worse. The bank needs someone to conduct the sale of properties - but not an administrator because they cost a fortune , would sell to the first (lowest?) bidder and would put a charge (effectively) on all funds raised as they come first, not the lender. So the bank allows the current management to wind it up (cheaper) and ALL shareholders get absolutely nothing. Still do not understand why the shares are not suspended. | fenners66
19/7/2017 10:29 | Whoever is interested??? | sleepy
19/7/2017 10:28 | Hi fenner66, yes there's potential for anything whilst it is still trading, someone had a nibble about 4 weeks ago, but I guess some of the holders who were underwater took something off the table? I think whoever is interested won't wait too long as the remaining properties could be sold and then the windup begins!! | gbenson1
19/7/2017 08:38 | gbenson1 - if you had stuck a line about this being a route into the stock market for a reverse take-over I would be surprised but there is potential for that. To continue to talk about their property is far less credible - the property for sale is worth far less than the loans and the interest and charges continue to roll up making the loans even less affordable this is insolvent. | fenners66
18/7/2017 22:24 | Some boards do 'ave 'em. First we had Senor (not so) Sensible and now ...... | sleepy
18/7/2017 18:55 | About £385 plus charges? The consensus on this board is that it's a dead duck, however it's still trading and properties are in high demand! Watch this space long term hold. | gbenson1
18/7/2017 18:33 | Someone bought 275,000 at 0.14p. How much did that cost them? | sleepy
18/7/2017 18:31 | There's the tick up, .14 paid, this feels as if its going to blow, perhaps a chance for any long term distressed holders to at least salvage something!! | gbenson1
17/7/2017 15:46 | Nice 2.5m buy, now .14 to buy, tick up on its way? | gbenson1
16/7/2017 16:05 | Another strange trade on Friday, makes me believe the 1 trader just bought a few then immediately sold to disguise getting rid of his 1 trade. WHY?? | gbenson1
10/7/2017 09:48 | Few strange buy and sell trades the last week or so. What's the point in selling 5 shares @ .079? Or is it mms code? | gbenson1 |
