03/4/2017 09:04 | Thanks for the reply. So those bought at between .065 and .09 look as if they may sell at .09 - but I do wonder what value you would actually get if you tried to sell - it looks like .09 max at the moment. That said is that the limit of your expectations? I cant see any rise here and the only purchases I'm sure are short covering - shorts where the real money was made. | fenners66
01/4/2017 15:47 | Hi fenders66 didn't realise your were asking me, my holding has been accrued in the range of .065-.09, the 10% I was referring to was the increase in the share price and also the move of the spread from .05-.10 to .07-.10 happy days. | gbenson1
31/3/2017 23:58 | Not answering the questions then? | fenners66
31/3/2017 17:58 | Someone's risking £950 British pounds on this dead dodo! | gbenson1
31/3/2017 02:17 | Looking at the quote its 0.05 to 0.15 with just 2 transactions going through at 0.09, so really since the chart is showing 0.11 as +0.01 the real picture appears to be -0.01 instead. What did you pay for them? | fenners66
31/3/2017 02:13 | Have you tried to sell? What's the spread? | fenners66
31/3/2017 01:34 | Oops 10% gain today, more lemmings to the slaughter then is it!! | gbenson1
29/3/2017 05:44 | ..... the dead parrot comes to mind,no sir,its just resting ..... | blackpoolsteve
28/3/2017 22:05 | Sleepy - Sorry - in the morgue - just has not been sent to the undertaker !! | pugugly

28/3/2017 19:07 | OK - we will wait and see. | fenners66
28/3/2017 18:45 | fenner66 thanks for stating the obvious, research is a wonderful thing, you just might be surprised.. | gbenson1
28/3/2017 18:18 | "The accounts are therefore not prepared on a going concern basis. " "As the Board has previously stated, the sales process will not result in any return to ordinary shareholders after repayment of the Trust's bank borrowings, to the extent that this is possible, has taken place. " | fenners66
28/3/2017 18:16 | gbenson1 you pay for access here - surely you can read the accounts? How do you expect these to rise? At least enough to cover the spread and dealing costs? The bank have control of everything with (I forget) what interest rate 9%? As each day goes by the differential between the asset and the loans + interest must be widening let alone there are no buyers for the assets. The directors were stitched up with the interest rate swap deal and one may ask whether they were qualified to enter into that deal , but they have said long ago there is nothing here for shareholders. The listing should be suspended to protect the innocent. | fenners66
28/3/2017 16:01 | I agree fenners 66,some crazy people around | blackpoolsteve
28/3/2017 12:27 | Hi fenners66, I realise that the majority of investors in this Co. are sitting on losses, yes the banks want an orderly sale, the Co still has assets and these can go up or down, I also know the owners have said they Co will wound up once the remaining portfolio is sold off, but it's still trading!! While there's life there's hope. Stick or twist, I'm not having a laugh I'm just trying to make a bob. | gbenson1
28/3/2017 12:11 | Are you having a laugh? If you are posting on here you have read some of this haven't you? I have no idea why this is still listed but the shares are worthless, liquidation imminent, not speculation its there in the accounts , so you must be joking. | fenners66
28/3/2017 11:13 | another very small nibble, can't understand why the spreads .15 when you can obviously buy for .10. Positive if there is one, the company's still trading and European property/buildings prices are improving? Shame they hadn't bought anything in Ibiza lol | gbenson1
15/3/2017 11:50 | Results were as expected, yet still 2 very small buys this mornin?? | gbenson1
01/11/2016 12:48 | Hmm, someone thinks there's still value for shareholders.. who knows, see what happens over next 2 years.. | wadget
31/10/2016 08:17 | How on Earth does this share go up? Loans extended , of course , whilst they milk EVERY last drop of cash from this. There is nothing for shareholders..... | fenners66
16/9/2016 21:20 | What's the value : £1K. So, unless it's repeated again & again, etc., it's not even a blip. | dogwalker |
