Does this remind you of COPL? Or is this different? Always us punters getting screwed. |
Bloody hell!!! What happened! Delisting has killed this? Might be worth a punt at this price? Average down massively
Or good money after bad?

This is what is probably planned This post will be deletedToday 20:17 ALPHA UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT PLC
ALPHA UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED
Company number 05890789
Nature of business (SIC)
07290 - Mining of other non-ferrous metal ores
Yet another fictitious mining company that GS owned and went public with in UK. Its main business was debt collection, buying nonperforming car loans for pence in the pound and sending round bailiffs to collect the debt.
Same story, auditors resigned, poor share performance and delisted in 2018, no-one got a penny. It still exists as a dormant private company with an outstanding debt of £375k, so is technically insolvent.
Then we have this newly incorporated company….
AUM INVEST LTD
Nature of business (SIC)
07290 - Mining of other non-ferrous metal ores
AUM? “assets under management, or alpha universal management” ?
There must be something wrong where mining companies become investment companies, it must be a regulatory work around for listing purposes.
Note that one of the comments in the RNS was keeping the plc status of ALGW, and the possibility of a reverse takeover. So, this NEWCO gets some good old boys (AKA TR1 holders) onboard with a few hundred grand, lists on the commercial segment of LSE and ALGW reverses into it as Version 2. The inside few get special rights and everyone else gets stuffed.
Are you with me so far?
Someone must settle the debt at ALPHA UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED, and one can see it becoming a subsidiary, and the new mugs pay off the old debt with their share subscription.
It’s either plausible or the plot for a book. |
Didn't expect this at all. Once again us small punters screwed and take the hit. |
Who the hell is Rawlins and why increase his stake to over 5% |
Thanks very much. Sold 350k this morning so let's see what the future holds!!!! |
Gary check out the new GS company registrations.....does NOT align with the RNS.
I'd just be slightly cautious.
What's said in that RNS is slippery....expected to be.....
They say they are disappointed with SV but have just decimated it by 60% from an all time low.
Then where the PR IR COMMS been?
Then there's the Auditors leaving terminating their contract with algw and leaving some not very good comments on file.
All these TR1 holders haven't exactly been looked after up to now 5 years on.
Just be careful |
1.6mil sell at 0.30p ouch
At least they are getting something back |
RNS stating that someone has increased their holding recently. If they are going to relist, which by the looks of it is very unlikely, are the directors allowed to buy shares now at this much reduced rate. If so, would you not have thought they would be ploughing in? I am very disappointed at the outcome here, only hold just under 700k shares. Might offload half today for a pittance just in case there is a Phoenix!!!! |
On LSE from Alma who seems an excellent well researched poster......worth a read and checking if you have shares
RE: How this will pan outToday 19:48 If you want to know the real story behind the delisting RNS, you must first ask yourself why Gobind Sahney and Jason Sutherland have incorporated a new private company in UK in the past few days, called, wait for it: “AUM INVEST LTD”, supposedly for “07290 - Mining of other non-ferrous metal ores”
So, he’s now a miner, eh? Mining bank accounts? And he officially resides in Bermuda, not San Diego anymore.
That’s where the mythical 2Bn AUM is headed for by deed of assignment from Alpha Growth. Alpha will be liquidated, and the new entity will write a prospectus say it has all this AUM and apply for a new listing as a “commercial company”. Shareholders in Alpha wiped out.
So, it’s true that GS intends to relist, but you guys will have to pay up all over again to join his bandwagon to become millionaires.
Then you must ask yourself why GS and JS are holed up as directors in the same registered office as VANQUISH ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD, another vehicle for “64205 - Activities of financial services holding companies”.
Who are they trying to vanquish? You lot.
None of this makes sense other than to empty your wallets and fill theirs. Buying now is madness, give the cash to Cancer Research and do something useful with i |
RE: How this will pan outToday
"albeit for what we expect to be a short"
RNS words today.
Again look at them.......expect but no guarantee and we've seen weasel words like this many many times.
What is said and what is delivered bear little similarity. There's a large disconnect
"Directors are disappointed that this progress has not been reflected in the Company's share price and efforts"
Again another RNS quote.
Who has seen any IR PR COMMS SM?
Today they wiped out 65% of an all time low shareholder value by this act.
Insiders we're obviously tipped off hence the contant stream of reasonably large but not questionable sales at c1.2p 900k 500k etc
I look at the people their words and their action and then make a call.
You need to do the same with this one.
You either trust GS and the Board see they've done what they promised or you don't and act accordingly. |
What a great day and lesson for those that didn't listenToday 18:30 Your investment dropped another c65% ouch
But the sun still shines out of GS 🫏 and your 🌹👓 are still on.
Must be dark and smelly up there🛩ӽ94;🌳🌴;😛 |
LSE long termers are stupid and still they don't learn i have no sympathy...........now they are averaging down
You paid c£150k for your 5mil. I paid a fraction for more 🤣
Not smart are you.....or Steve or the other long term holders that have been shafted 🫨

Jackofsometrades
Price: 1.475
RE: New selling streak21 Feb 2025 14:39 You do realise it's not that hard to engage an auditor. Not like a broker. They have a choice of about 20. And anything will be an improvement on PKF |
Current AUM comes from the last released accounts online
Auditor fact is in their RNS
There's no RNS appointing any Auditors
Share chart is on this site
Share price is on this site
GS Share ownership is a declared public fact on the register
GS options is in an old RNS
It's March, 2025 ends December you calculate the months left to achieve the 2 bil RNS AUM 🤣
And I thought you were better than that 🫨 but appropriate handle |
Where is your evidence to back up your so called facts? I've shown you facts and it's backed by a RNS, you haven't proven anything just keep on repeating the same rubbish and flawed maths. That's called an opinion which you are perfectly entitled to but it's not fact! |
