Hasn't got the volume just yet but we've all seen how fast algw moves when it's ready. Not too long for the next move up, 9.5p maybe looking at the chart.

To suggest someone "missed out" requires the understanding that they may have wished to be 'in' in the first place. Without that knowledge it is a baseless presumption. So, in answer, no. Sorry if that comes as a disappointment.

Superb!!! Bring it on. Nobody sell. Make the buyer pay a premium and drive the price up....... the usual caveats DO NOT APPLY - this is advice!!! However I do need to add... Your dough is at risk blah blah blah

Nope, 500k taken at 7p the other 2 were a book correction. The background buyer wants to get as much as possible before news and the laxknof selling appetite today has hindered their progress. Any buying pressure and they'll need to up their price to get what they want. At 8p 9p or 10p they know they'll be making significant profits so will be willing to pay those prices to get the position they want. These guys have the money to do that and the MMs are helping them by mugging retail punters who are willing to part with their shares at a fraction of what they're worth. Why weren't there guys buying at 1p 2p 3p 4p 5p? Because they saw risk. That risk has now all hit been eliminated and these buyers are piking in with lots of cash. Hold tight, dont play the MM games and reap the rewards when GS tells the market that the company have now secured another $100 million in investment from a BIG name. At that point every man and his dog that knows about Alpha will be buying but the question at that point is where will the stock come from? Massive amount held in very sticky hands and free float is tiny, look at Thursday afternoon as a prime example of the illiquidity and how a premium payment is the only way to attract a seller (went from 9% down to about 25% up in 30 minutes)

Took a look at TERN because I wanted a cyber in my portfolio. I just didn’t get it so, as many already know, I plumped for BRSD instead. Looking at the chart you’d wonder what the fuss was about. But that’s the time to buy in. Before the fireworks 🎆 Results due this month.

You make some valid points, many of which could have been applied to IBM Microsoft apple etc in their early days, but I also share some of your concerns, but take keyscaler often an interested party will polish and enhance a product before buying, so you end up owning a solution that's out of your league without any hope of taking full advantage, the only option is to exit the investment. So poor communications / presentations aside it's not beyond the realms of possibility that an investment can succeed. Tern is the Investee not the solution.

..risk of high dilution - Low bar to replication. If they did identify a gap in the market how long would it take GCP, AWS, MS or any of their partners to replicate the capabilities- Amateur-hour presentations low on content and high on buzzword bingo -> made me suspect slideware Given recent share price movements though they have presumably convinced the market on some of the above :). Not for me though. My ALGW holding is 1000x greater value than my TERN yet I am more comfortable with it.

Sure, I never fully researched the company to the level where I would be happy investing as I was put off but my initial view was:- Struggled to see where their IP was. A number of different systems/platforms already provide overlapping capability in this area. Boundary controls, IDS, device cert management, smart network monitoring platforms. - Classic solution looking for a problem?? who are these large scale IoT producers who are developing mission critical systems yet dont have the resources to deploy their own proprietary security systems. If they are mission critical they are normally behind aggregators/concentrators which can be secured - Money-pit for investors as the company develops the product searching for customers therefore

Absolutely, but that is based on 25 years working in IT. But if people can make money out of it short term then all good. Definitely a very different proposition to ALGW and that is where I've put my money.

Any trade 6 times nms or more is automatically delayed by 1 hour. MMs can choose to delay for a longer period

The mms can delay reporting trades that are a certain multiple of the nms, so I would assume a rollover fits into the same ruling. Imo its yet another tool that's used to blindside and manipulate.

Do rollovers get delayed reporting if they are big enough?

The 1m and 500k trades are rollovers. The 350k is a buy.

More late trades reported. The timings and strike price for some of which, don't make much sense.
