"Scrum down for the sell button on Tuesday"

Why, what were people expecting? The revenues are in-line with expectation given we know the size of the BOAGF and fee rate and the fact the Bermuda acquisition happened post period so is not reflected in results.

These results were just a formality to comply with statutory regulations - 10 pages compared to the annual results, which are around 60 pages.

Is it the lack of forward guidance and trading update that you are concerned about?

That will surely come soon when news is announced about the RCF completion?

I wonder if those groups who've 'bought big' - assuming any such exist, are phased by this?

Some posts on the LSE board, are trying to 'temper disappointment', suggesting Tuesday might be a buying opportunity.

The statement is old news and didnt contain anything new. We knew they were still loss making up to Feb from previous announcements so I dont see this having any impact on sentiment. Anyone selling based on that statement alone would be like driving a car by looking in your rear view mirror IMO. But each to their own and everyone needs to make their own investment decisions and weve all made good money here. Definitely time for the well overdue announcement from GS. I hope hes been saving up a batch of good news to drop in one go....

I admire your optimism cszjrh2. But in saying it changes nothing,
what about sentiment? Poor sentiment = poor share performance.

Not the announcement we are waiting for, sure. F£ck up it not appearing on the company site, definitely. But it changes nothing. Its an interim statement of the companys finances ending back in Feb!

4. CV restrictions are still very much in effect at both a country and a company level. Sure, big established companies can move their business online easily but Alpha is a minnow scrabbling to establish a foothold. It's growth is based on banging on doors, face to face meetings and calling in favours. 5. No equities volatility? US markets suffering anti-Biden sentiment and definitely heading towards a correction.

Come on guys. Reality check. 1. It was a statutory Interim Results statement released on the deadline for it being published. 2. It covers the period before the company changing acquisition so was always going to contain no new news. 3. GS has already said no need for further equity issues maintain the company. Any further will be to fund additional acquisitions.

My take on this.A badly timed Standard set of earnings with too many "goals" too many covid excuses, not enough content, and a dire virtually non existant forward looking statement.Losses are down however and no mention of a need for dilution. Given the fact algw is a main market listed company the error in not updating the website, and sloppy earnings statement certainly does not reflect this.Still nothing has changed, so we await the real news, maybe a short lived sell off on Tuesday but nothing to worry about.

Gobind this may help.Firstly go to Configuration and select Website Pages from the dropdown menu to the right of Manage.Select List.Look for the page title you wish to change. To find it, look at the URL on your website. The URL suffix will match the name of the page. For example the Meet The Team page will most likely end with /meet-the-team. So the page you are looking for will be meet-the-team.Double click the page to open it.Update the Content and/or TitleOnce it is updated, click Ok to save the changes.

All very bog standard - loss reduced for the period and confident of excellent growth!
