Share price is being manipulated to fill large buy orders. Slowly drop based on low volumes -> sellers -> float to fill the buy order. Excellent technique to move shares from the impatient to the patient as someone commented yesterday.

Yeh it's harsh but the share price rose 18% yesterday. A few myself included though that news was imminent, it didn't arrive first thing so they sold out, the expected news however is more likely to arrive as the US opens so its risky selling out.

I'm not sure you fully understand how a market works, it's not all about buys v sells.

I know I mention dummy sells / buys as an indicator of direction but remember the mms know this and can use limits as a tool as well. They will also often block selling after a tick up to prove the move up and hold it to sell stock at a higher price.

I've spoken with him this morning. He crossed the threshold yesterday morning and informed the company just after lunch. The late surge of buys was someone else

Why did he do it all on a Thursday afternoon? Had massive price impact he should have spread the trades out, his performance against VWAP will be terrible!

With yesterday's late reported trades it was clear we had a buyer taking everything they could get. The rns today does not mean this individual has finished, just that he's reached a notification level.
