08/7/2020 11:55 | Pretax.... Dont think its a takeover but a Joint Venture / affiliation | snooker40
08/7/2020 11:55 | But sellers don't get it, selling for 2.4p shows a lack of research. | 7rademark
08/7/2020 11:26 | Finally the big one looks very close now. Company must be close to releasing the gamechanger. Still cheap when you look at the MC and what could be round the corner. | rusty9717
08/7/2020 11:20 | Only one price that matters. THe takeover price. Holding tightly. | pretax2
08/7/2020 11:20 | AimShares 8 Jul '20 - 09:42 - 5408 of 5413 Post from LSE BB SP will go sky high once confirmed by Algw by RNS HullFC4ever Posts: 890 Price: 2.30 Strong Buy Huge News IncomingToday 08:29 After researching, I came across the ‘smoking gun’ of evidence that is going to be contained as part of the the next update. I presented the company with my finding and they confirmed it. This is not inside information, it’s actually out there already. The findings make for an exceedingly strong/certain case. Only GS will truly ratify this in his update. This is more than a theory. This is massive for ALGW. There is a strong likelihood, Alpha Growth, have negotiated a Joint Venture / Affiliation with Investment Management company 'Lido Advisors LLC’ in Los Angeles, headed up by well known West Coast financier, Gregory Kushner. There is a strong l likelihood, Alpha Growth, are to run a Life Settlement / Longevity fund and leverage Lido’s huge US presence within the UHNW and extended wealth pool in the US. This is basically a COLOSSAL Managed Account opportunity. Lido currently manage around $5bn in US funds (FUM/$AUM) and are looking to expand in to new areas as many of their funds are Real Estate orientated. Lido also have a very big network and infrastructure that Alpha will be able to utilise (14 Locations in US alone - Around 80 Employees), so the fund will act as a filter via the BOGAF tax efficiency model. The deal (obviously no exact details just yet) ensures that the RCF is ‘no longer a priority’ , so read into that what you will but considering the RCF was up to $100m , it may give you a sense of the magnitude about what is about to announced. Here is a podcast of Gregory Kushner to give to an idea of the man. (Please listen carefully to this and you’ll understand how ALGW fit in) Also, look at their website hxxps://lidoadvisors I can’t go into too many details on here for obvious reasons (although, I reiterate, this is not inside information, it’s out there) but for those of you who know me on twitter please reach out and I’ll put some meat on the bones and show you how I arrived here. 08/7/2020 11:19 | Its more likely to go up and stay up on accretive news. The volatility happens before hand and gives entry opportunities. Get them while you can. | tewkesbury
08/7/2020 10:48 | Ref the limited free float, unfortunately when news arrives we are going to see ridiculous swings in the sp, possibly 100's of %, thus us what happens when the mms sell huge amounts at mates rates and continually drop the price within a tight trading range.Algw is main market listed, but treated as if it were an aim stock. | 7rademark
08/7/2020 10:36 | Very little ALGW shares free float available after recent buying by direcors and others. Feels like something is about to happen. Should rise strongly. Not sure if the PDMR's (Chairman + Directors) are still within or outside a 'closed period' following their 29/05/20 share purchases, but it does suggest they anticipate positive news to come, either after T+30 or T+60 (not sure which one applies under the Regulations on closed periods for transactins ahead of news). | elevator1

06/7/2020 19:33 | Well it's largely down to the Friday UT trade at 2.4 so not a real 8% drop | dplewis1
06/7/2020 19:07 | So less than a mill sold and yet 8% down. SP does not represent the movement of shares, it represents the moment of somebody’s hand. | pretax2
03/7/2020 17:33 | Dec and anyone else .... The REvolving Credit Facility was changed to a Short Term Credit Facility and was to be with a UK bank .... not happening in the immediate BOAGF is operational Separate Managed Accounts will be financed by the UHNWI and ALGW will be paid to provide advice, manage the account and secure high returns for a performance fee. This is multiplied by the number of accounts. The specific values and terms may vary from account to account. These are likely to be the ones we hear about in the company RNS.... I am not thinking nor expecting to hear much on the achievement of securing a loan May I suggest reading the April 27th Periodic update very carefully and deari say it go over LSE were this has been discussed. I hope the news promotes the company to the next level | snooker40
