In saying that, they could offer a close-end fund seeking, say, £50,000,000, that would allow them to purchase a block of life policy's. The fees & on-going fees would be very attractive.

The ceo never has. He has said his aim is to be a 100 million mcap company but never after news dropped. 5p after news maybe. 50p not a chance that would by a rough 33 bag from these prices and only certain pharmas have done that due to a worldwide pandemic. It may happen but will take time

bobby, the $100m figure has been mentoned by other posters here or on L--S--E. Seems reasonable to me and possibly conservative.

Tewks - When did the CEO say that? What’s your source?

Thanks,

Bob

If that email posted by RD Renard is true, it could move very fast on news as you say.

The CEO said they would easily be a £100m company on news. Then add a few years growth and it will be over £250m, so 125p longer term.

Been outside today but when I went out only 3 trades and the Bid was 1.45p .....when I came back Bid at 1.6p ....from fearing the worst to happier days....guess something is going on with this news very close. Let's hope this run continues.

Well a nice upward move.
I’m not wetting my pants just yet though.
Might pop a pad in tomorrow.

For me Gobind Sahney needs to address his shareholders with a "This is what we have been doing" statement/covid19 Update /RNS about the company's activities and give us some evidence of the work. Other companies have managed to do it despite these troubled times!!
Congratulations to Mark Ward on his increased financial commitment into the company. Wish I knew the guy's background. At the same time it would be nice to see the Alpha BoD invest some money to substantiate their comments about the numbers they throw around ... millions , billions etc in the industry and for the company.
Enjoy

Bobby - £120k a year is relative peanuts. Remember some of the AIM directors taking £450k a year and £1m bonus (cough, James Parsons) and delivered nothing. 90p-1p in 18 months.

Directors are quite happy milking the Company with their salaries so no need to buy shares. Easy money baby.

7tm - Unless they have an offer on the table (which we don't think they have yet) then I would suggest they could still easily buy. Until they are holding market sensitive news they are allowed.

The directors should have bought some time ago, that would have supported the share price some what, don't get me wrong it's a good sign of confidence but also an indication that news is not imminent,

bobby - Yep, a lot of buys going in over the mid and a few people have reported their buys being put down as sells.

Bit of a tickle about the chance of director buys today.
