RJ10 - Agree but it's obviously about to change if you know what you are talking about.

Two years down the line and the share price is where it was. Stagnant.

1,8p in the first instance (as Zak Mir) with his charts has commented. more than once, is the first obstacle to overcome. The x3 director buys will enhance the removal that obstacle. The SHs and new buyers will be pleased to see that the directors have purchased shares. Still expecting more news to follow quickly.

Divmad - You might have noticed there is something called COVID19 that has hit the global economy. No one is coming up with much news, so fair play.

I agree with Bull Run - There seems to something significant brewing at the moment as some have pointed out.

Just re-read the RNS from 2nd Dec. This is a done deal. Feb AGM RNS - Finalising. I think news on a number of fronts very soon.

Imo this company is under promising and going to over deliver.. and that's a far better strategy.. when momentum starts this will be big.. hang in there GLA

Well done to all those who called it.

I think we will see TR-1s later from a number of sources.

As some on twitter have pointed out, the RNS was backdated nearly 2 weeks, so the statement stood 2 weeks ago.

Makes me think (and qualifies some statements made to me directly) that they have something lined in in the next week or so.

As the guy on LSE stated too, they have obviously been waiting for the interims to buy.

Awesome. All upward from here I think.

Snooker - Totally agree. That RNS today was deliberately agnostic and I that date thing was a good spot. It was also pretty much a cut & paste from the RNS some weeks ago too , which made me think that Gobind was deliberately avoiding mentioning certain things for 'reasons'

Really good chance of TR-1s in the morning and as you say possibility these much talked about 'director buys' which coming later or Monday could put this way over 2p.

Completely manipulated start to the day .... done for a reason ... Mark Ward further buying ? Gobind Sahney and director buying ? No reason is not an option for me !!
Could there be a takeover ? Could the company be sold ? .... why not ?
Tr1s tomorrow .. strong probability of yes
Speculation is rife and why not ?
Nothing is clear with GS but action will happen and quickly
The interim comment from GS was dated May 19th ... why did he wait to announce the Interims?
There seems more questions than clear cut answers

"Were quite optimistic " but the reality is covid 19 has delayed the negotiations. Is a matter of holding on as businesses are resuming and negotiations should be back on track .

We knew they were still only in discussions otherwise there would have been an RNS release. Just have to wait a little longer. Counter parties still interested, so it's just a matter of time.

RE: Mark WardToday 19:11

Could be......Mark has over 25 years’ experience in banking, insurance and asset management and primarily focuses on risk management, organisation restructuring and other strategic activities such as executive and management information requirements for risk control and business decision making.

Could this be linked to Mark Ward at Deloitte. He was one of the presenters at a roadshow I went to whilst exiting the RAF.

half of that may even go to SL Investment Mngt Ltd

Doubt they ever will Bobbym There busy selling all the mugs here the huge market potential into $trillions of dollars and how big they are going to be, yet fail to buy any shares, excet tell them they are in a close period - and oopen discussions with clients. Being selling those lines from day one.

If they knew they were going to be worth anywhere near £100m, they would be buying their shares up on every opportunity, like most BoD's inc in placings - this BoD doesn't do that - Swick bought 2 x 750k and that's his lot.

The Hybrid never got anywhere, they kept talking up about the 9 figure allocations

Zeems the West brothers are out of this, along with Staten - excellent rampers back in 2018/19.

bobby, ALGW can derive income from several areas:

1) BlackOak Alpha Growth Fund.

2) Use of the warehouse loan/short term credit facility.

3) Separate Managed Accounts.

750k per annum isn’t much - once you’ve paid for offices, salaries, advisors, tax, expenses etc.

How will they make the proper money?
