Directors are quite happy milking the Company with their salaries so no need to buy shares. Easy money baby.

7tm - Unless they have an offer on the table (which we don't think they have yet) then I would suggest they could still easily buy. Until they are holding market sensitive news they are allowed.

The directors should have bought some time ago, that would have supported the share price some what, don't get me wrong it's a good sign of confidence but also an indication that news is not imminent,

bobby - Yep, a lot of buys going in over the mid and a few people have reported their buys being put down as sells.

Bit of a tickle about the chance of director buys today.

Lots of sells going through, not one buy, unless ofcourse, our friendly honest market makers are masking the true position.

7 - Not so sure. You have to remember that for ever sell there is a buy and looking and the volume profile over the last few days the consolidation period has been supported by more than just MW.

Even today there are many buy being posted as Sells.

I'd suggest that the MMs are possibly looking to get in a little cheaper below the support point when they can as they probably know that June could be very frisky here.

Pretty obvious this guy knows something. Along with G.Fitzherbert, these guys now own half the company. Very little free float. The fact the share price hs barely moved for 2 weeks is testament to that.

A little bit of positive news now and this stock will explode especially as people take their seats before all the action in June.

This is about to become very interesting indeed. We've waited long enough but it could just be worth it.

RDRenard your well considered post of the 19th looks like its game on with Mark Ward INCREASING his stake in the company . He has surely got to know something to post that Tr1.
June, is without doub, looking like it's to be the go forward month. 3.38% to 4.18% is a significant stride forward. superb news.

With the right progress and news algw will be ideally placed to take advantage of a likely recession. Policy holders will sell cover for themselves and to support family members,

We should start to see this moving very soon now I think. News definitely very shortly with the majority of movement between 3p and 12p happening in June.

Is it best to put thoughts etc onto this one thread rather than create another one ? Just asking for future posts. I set up a new thread and posted on there. Thank you for any replies on this matter.

Another subtle day of consolidation with a small rise ....I will say again people are waiting for Gobind Sahney to release his news about the company. It will be a get in if he gets it right. Early June at the latest.

pretax2 - Left LSE and Twitter years ago my friend they are both terrible. This forum isn't the greatest but at least you guys seem to have something to say and decent comments. I suppose I can't enforce cross posting.

People do seem more enthusiastic and I get a sense it could start to get moving up soon.

As another positive the group have a look at "gilesfitzh" posts on LSE, Alpha Growth. There is much good stuff and he is a major shareholder.

Just been onto LSE and saw that the accidental post from here has been removed. I know, the person concerned with the action did report it himself and I do know it got at least 9 recommendations and no back lash. The next few days should see more interest. People are waiting to jump in. Now is a good time to jump in.Money coming in.

Rd. Forget it with the cross posting ban - it’s already been consumed and now chip paper.

Thanks though, useful insight.

Please don't cross post to anywhere else. I will remove it otherwise again.

Ok, I’ve had a response this afternoon to an email I sent Gobind last week (finally!).

He states that they have "re-instigated talks with the lender to move the SPV Warehousing facility along as best they can under the circumstances. He said that the ‘resourcesR17; at the lender have been freed-up now finalisation can progress verbally.

They "are exploring new legal ways to meet the company as the earliest possible opportunity”. I sense that they are aiming for late/may early june.

That’s pretty much it apart from some stuff about marketing the Managed Accounts in the US via email etc

They sound really optimistic and it’s great that things seem to be back up and running to be honest. I’m suprised that they don’t have anyone in the UK who can progress things for them to be honest. Do they have?

Try and keep this on ADVN if you can as we can get the first bite of the cherry. LSE seems full of traders last time I looked in March but hopefully this starts move quickly upward now.
