I checked the website this morning actually and still nothing. If you check the cancellation RNS on the investor section they said that they will release details about the Zoom call on the website. If I don't see anything on there by tomorrow I will contact them and let you all know.

I'm very pleased to hear that. Also the largest holder CA now has a seat at the table and are very aligned to see an efficient and successful monetisation of the remaining assets.Now the shares are unlisted and information not deemed "price sensitive" lets try to keep the BB alive with any info we glean.Least a closing price of 13.85p makes it look a tad better in the portfolio !!

I've spoken with Sam Dobbyn a few times. Invesco put him in to look after their stake. He seems great and pretty bullish about the future. I wish he had been there for the last 5 years.

Incredible there is still LTIP out there ..the company has lost $100m's and management took a big chunk out of the only successful monetisation with Hawkeye through the ridiculous incentive scheme then..share of gains but not losses..madness.Lots of lessons learnt on how not to invest by the management throughout..and for investors the danger of thinking you are investing in value when it is just a value trap!

Nope..I have trust issues!! Thing is many private equity funds have collapsed this year as underlying valuations under pressure. Hopefully not going to be an issue with the few remaining holdings here...but Allied Minds are nothing but extremely disappointing !!Waiting for Amazon to buy Federated next year and get 30p back !! Here's hoping!

Looking forward to the investors presentation after delist. FED is the insurance policy. 100 employees and in the buzz word mix of wifi6, IOT, edge computing and DOD contracts. Orbital also in a very hot space. If GHOST is successful then I hope for 50p plus. Sadly many got burned here by terrible management.

Very long here. Bought a bit too early in hindsight (mid August around 11.5p) but averaged down. Really like the r/r and see anything from -20% to +300%. Been doing quite a bit of digging into Federated Wireless and think they have a lot of potential. Monopoly position in ESC sensors which is regulatory required for shared spectrum. Their nearest competitor (Google) have practically given-up. It's quite rare to see a Series D become a multi-bagger but if they double in the next fundraising, this is a home run even assuming dilution down to 15%. I know there's scepticism around private valuations - some fair, some not - but let's be honest, private markets are thriving. Just feels like we're getting exposure to this at a discount just as FW are about to hit their hockey stick. Anyway, good luck to anyone that owns this and I look forward to following progress in due course.

After hovering over the buy button for months, I have taken the plunge on Friday.

I see ALM as fairly safe bet considering the NAV. I am more than happy waiting a couple of yrs to cash out as do not need the reddies until around that time.

As ever we in the hands of the markets. However, I just cannot see an outcome around the current share price 30p is my target & anything above is a bonus. It will actually make a refreshing change not watching & worrying about the share price from day to day.

Appreciative of any posts on this BB as info is scarce regarding ALM. I normally post on LSE, but it's even quieter over there.

Anyway, best of luck investors - it's going to be an interesting couple of yrs ahead.

Wow share buyback to satisfy a 2014 LTIP "Shares purchased under the Buyback Programme will be held in treasury until transferred by the Company to directors and employees in satisfaction of awards under the LTIP."The shares are down 95% since 2014 as the return on investment has been a huge negative..wonder what the parameters of this incentive were and who in the company is still qualifying for any type of award?The company is and continues to be a disaster and is now in delist and wind down mode..where is there incentive needed ..we are told we are merely passively managing to a exit.
