17/2/2017 09:50 | ..Big news from Brockham imminent and Permit Approval at HH expected soon, and Regulatory Approval from Greenland coming.....a re-rate or two beckons and Alba's share price will be pushing up to new highs on confirmation of positive news and data. 16/2/2017 14:42 | Way to go for Angus....gla holders :-) Rns out the strategy is clear though.... 1) Announce bonds 2) Announce brilliant results from the log analysis 3) Release first tranche of bonds for sale when the interest is high so they sell out and go to a premium | moneymunch
16/2/2017 14:03 | I'll be buying shed loads.....the share price more than doubled on Alba's last placing the following month.....this time around a major re-rate is very likely....any future placing will be on the back of good results from Brockham and maybe by the time HH's EWT's are underway.....any placing therefore will be at a massive premium on today's share price Gla holders Exciting times :-) | moneymunch
16/2/2017 13:12 | I wonder how much they will raise this time and what price, i personally wouldn't pay more than 0.2. | thehitman1
16/2/2017 10:08 | Permit approvals for Horse Hill's extended flowtests close and Greenland regulatory approval coming, along with the data analysis of the gold targets and depth and extent of the graphite zones....Gla holders. ....significant upside more than likely from this bargain low share price and Alba is gearing up for a multi-bag or two on confirmation of commercial recoverable volume of the sweetest crude across their 14.75% combined interest at HH and Brockham as well as the Super Jumbo sized graphite flakes and gold in abundance ......Hold on tight and enjoy the ride....Big news imminent. ;-) | moneymunch
15/2/2017 10:13 | Lol...you sad numptie....why did you try and deter punters from buying sub 0.2p and on the last fund raise at .02p and sub 0.3p etc etc ???? | moneymunch
15/2/2017 09:24 | The financial liabilities are shown in thebalance sheet as being current liabilities and simply cannot be ignored. Google the definition of current liabilities - "Current liabilities are a company's debts or obligations that are due within one year". So at the end of May 2016 they really only had £70K in cash after liabilities. Add on £800K (after costs) for the placing. Add on £150K for the exercise of warrants. Total is about £1M Now what to take off? £300K admin costs £200K Brockham drill £50K Greenland licence purchase £250K (estimated) for "extensive" Greenland aerial survey and analysis £100K (estimated) for Limerick £50K (estimated) for Horse-Hill That leaves them with about £50K (estimated) left as of now. Who knows they may have more, or even less, but the company has not informed shareholders of the costs of the series of results being released via RNS. I hope this is all helping. | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
15/2/2017 08:16 | Lol...so what!!! ;-)))) | moneymunch
15/2/2017 08:12 | also the £900K raised was before expenses. No wonder they don't say how much expenses were. You have to check the cash-flow statements of the results. It's about 10% so that takes it down to £800K | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
15/2/2017 07:47 | They also had over £250,000 in financial liabilities That was as of end of May 2016. You must include these in your calculations. It's now 9 months of costs so that is £300,000 | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
15/2/2017 07:15 | ps Alba raised £900k end of September 2016 and they had over £350k cash in the bank at that time plus £153k cash from the share options last month which totals c£1.4m plus cash in the bank....using frigid's figures, take away £200k admin costs for the last 6 months, £200k Brockham costs, £50k Greenland and that leaves £953K cash minus the cost of the Greenland/Limerick survey costs.....lets say £200k which is most likely far higher than the actual combined survey costs.....would leave Alba £753k cash in the bank now.......more than enough for their near term cash commitments......any future placing will very likely be at a significant premium on today's share price as newsflow is delivered. Gla holders ;-))) | moneymunch
15/2/2017 00:19 | Alba admin costs alone are £400K per year Alba's share of the Brockham drill cost around £200K Greenland licence £50K Then you need to add on costs for the "extensive" Greenland aerial survey. Then the analysis of the Greenland survey. Then the Limerick costs for detailed gravity survey and soil sampling and then Horse-hill costs. How much of the £900K is left? If they are not currently planning a share placing then they are not doing their job. | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
14/2/2017 15:23 | Tick Tock...Gla ;-) | moneymunch
14/2/2017 10:49 | Believe or not believe as you wish. A placing will have to be on the way, just a question of when. ALBA have form of releasing RNS's in quick succession then doing a placing. Buyer beware, imo. | funkmasterp12 |
