That RNS is an automatically generated RNS from the Stock Exchange, AFE is not in control of that. Doubt very very much there is anything sinister going on here. Mr Karim, has a reputation that he will not wish damaged in any way.

They had to comply with AIM rules, they are still on the JSE but still suspended....this is not over just the time it's taking is longer than they thought, the main point in the RNS is below, note, PROGRESS, not it's all over.

The Board intends to update shareholders of progress in relation to the proposed acquisition of Lime-Chem Resources (Proprietary) Limited via the website (www.africaneagle.co.uk) and the SENS system of the JSE Limited.

Full circle then. It was Loeb Aron that brought Twigg Resources to OFEX in February 2000. Those were the days Frank but not the same people as back then on either side of the table. Perhaps as well.

if the right deal comes along with the curret board in situ this could go easily go mental on relisting spiacally the way the mineral resource sctor is at the moment

I like the last paragraph.

At the end of the day peeps who have invested here are in for the RTO...if it gets suspended then peeps will have bought knowing that, i for one think good news will come before it gets suspended, if not then we wait for Clarke and karim to do an RTO which will happen...nice buying today!!

august 11th I think, but that is to suspension, and after suspension it could be reinstated.
