19/6/2014 07:54 | kiwi, any chance this management could take AFE private?? discuss | humbugg
18/6/2014 23:30 | hopefully the shareprice will fall due to BAMs ill attempt which would get me a nice topup but dont want anyone selling too early and missing out in a multibag. There only one way this is going and its NORTH. YAM BAM THANK YOU MAM (or should i say KOLA)!! | saloba11
18/6/2014 22:43 | good luck all holders | hyper al
18/6/2014 22:30 | lol haha bleak if anything is bleak its your effort at deramping. Kola karim ready to resurrect this company!!!! | nellynell
18/6/2014 19:09 | Quite a bleak Chairmans statement and no mention of any RTO discussions. 2013 was a very difficult year culminating in the sale of materially all assets ...I would like to thank former staff and directors during very difficult times without whose efforts it is unlikely the Company would have a realistic future. The cash position of the Company is currently £0.04m | bam bam rubble
18/6/2014 16:58 | Well written statement by Kola. £43m in retained losses, will come in very handy. And a nice 2.1m buy displayed @ the end of trade. | kiwimonk
18/6/2014 16:13 | Good news and peeps sell, all loose ends tied up, and we have money in the the bank and two carried investments....what a rosy future this share has 8-)) | fenseal3
18/6/2014 13:46 | Bid 0.3915p for 500k....i remember MEN went from 0.27p to 0.85p before they announced a deal...same thing going on here, carbon copy!!! | fenseal3
18/6/2014 13:03 | It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know which way this is going, Share Price Through the 200 day Moving Average. This will do an LPH, in performance terms. 7 Bagged. And is still rising after two big shareholders entered the fray. You can't get any better kudos than a Globally Respected African Billionaire buying 16% of AFE's stock!. | kiwimonk
18/6/2014 12:06 | they want shares offered 0.39p to sell | nellynell
18/6/2014 11:56 | Buys coming in now over 0.4p nice 500k just gone through @ 0.4186p, chart says bid 0.45p soonish!!! | fenseal3
18/6/2014 08:05 | CHART Can't post it but the share price is bang on the 200MA. All other indicators are Positive. V Bullish - coinciding with Mr Karim and Clarkes unsecured loan. What will they use AFE for...A Nigerian Oil Company Perhaps ?! | kiwimonk
18/6/2014 04:39 | Looking very good. | kiwimonk
17/6/2014 20:54 | Not saying it will happen, but I remember a company called Hidefield, (HIF), which was lent money to keep it going for a while. In the end certain people who lent the money had it paid back in shares. The only thing was, the share price had plummeted and those people effectively too control of the company. As I say, this may not happen here, but what do I know. I thought AFE had a world class deposit and we were on our way to riches. | daddy warbucks
17/6/2014 20:14 | yes, why save the ship unless they have clear plans about what course to take. | andrbea
17/6/2014 18:18 | Nicely put BAM BAM. The news today may seem innocuous to some, but it shouldn't. Can't help seeing the frequency of the sharp moves up increasing in conjunction with healthy volumes since mid May. | josephrobert
17/6/2014 16:53 | BAM you invested here now to? | saloba11
17/6/2014 16:37 | It's in relation to the accounts currently being processed. AFE have no cash, so to allow the auditor to pass the company as a going concern, the BoD agreed to provide working capital as needed. The auditor can now sign off the accounts on that basis. | bam bam rubble
17/6/2014 16:32 | self explanatory. directors lent the company money for working capital. | humbugg
17/6/2014 16:09 | rns released boys anyone care to explain what this means..... | nellynell
17/6/2014 16:06 | If peeps had doubt about this being a safe bet then the RNS says...no probs here, we have money for the RTO!! | fenseal3 |
