Fenseal, a like how they put the buys in as sell and have done all week, you know as I do that the Institutional sellers (anglo Pacific) are out the way and the mms are desperate for shares.

Thanks for the you BAM, I agree with you a reverse takeover is highly likely, exciting isn't it. Min price for takeover 0.5p (+70% rise from current price) .

And oh bawhumm, BMR and LGO are up over 25% today and 40% for this week, care to comment?

£2.5m market cap seems high for a shell with no cash which is nearing the trapdoor.

Under AIM Rules, the Company is required to make an acquisition which constitutes a reverse takeover or otherwise implement its Investing Policy within 12 months of the General Meeting, failing which the Ordinary Shares would be suspended from trading in accordance with AIM Rule 40.


And two very well known entrepreneurs buy the company....i wonder why!!!!

im up 20% here haha, lgo, 300% rem 50% and bmr 40% all in the last couple of months not bad eh.....

as a bear min 0.5p is echievable within weeks if AFE are going to be taken over.... 0.5p being the minimum shareprice over 12 month period which is from July 2nd

Fen 0.9p why so low, Afe have a 10 free carry interest in Dutwa until $20m has been spent on the development of the project that alone is worth £12m to Afes assets. 12m/ shares in issue = 1.38p. Good luck
