when is the deadline for the suspension? and what happens if the shares are suspended before they buy anything, I suppose they will just re-list later anyway? It must take them a while to look for a decent target. Or I suppose they could reverse AFE into one of the two main shareholders private operating assets.

This looks primed for a reverse takeover. Why do you think the new board gave the 300k loan? Clearly to allow for the transaction to go through. The previous director bought into this idea by selling their holdings but will be in line to receive ££ for their options once a RTO has went through. Topped up today with 500k. Could not resist! "As a result of Shareholder approval at the General Meeting on July 22 2013, the Investing Policy has been approved. Under AIM Rules, the Company must complete a reverse takeover or otherwise implement its Investing Policy within 12 months of
the General Meeting date or else the shares will be suspended from trading"


That read as if they had until July 21st, but the Advisor has acknowledged that
was poorly worded and it should say '12 months from the date of disposal' which completed early August. So they have another couple of weeks to avoid suspension.

fenseal I would appreciate if you could explain what it means for this company with this suspension looming? why would the chap in charge do this after taking it over? seems strange especially with the recent 300k plus loan deal that was recently agreed with the company aswell?

You might want to look further into the Syrah deal and compare what was originally agreed and what was finally concluded. You might also look at who received shares in Syrah in the deal.
