13/8/2022 09:07 | Re 307, when Zion reduced their holding in December (declared 29/12/21 RNS while in suspension) YF issued their own RNS declaring their increased holding as 11.96%. They then apparently divested exactly half of that to Askar Alshinbayev according to Afentra shareholder list (which shows them each with exactly 5.98%. Afentra shareholder list shows Denis O'Brien as now second largest, behind only Zion which has 9.9%. O'Brien of course was largest shareholder of SEY after Waterford. Google Alshinbayev. | wbodger

11/8/2022 20:20 | I'm not only impressed with the board buys. I'm impressed with pretty much everything since McDade/Cloke took the reins. That said, having been stung with Petroneft after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, I can't bring myself to be too positive. Anything can happen. | kevjones2

11/8/2022 16:25 | While eco warriors demand we move away from oil the sad reality is oil is used in everything from lubricants to pharmaceuticals. Even something as mundane as penicillin need butylethylene in the extraction. So the bad news is we need oil for years to come | petersmith6
