08/11/2022 11:52 | Agreed , is the start of the journey. One to ride for the long term similar to i3e, axl and ptal | jungmana
08/11/2022 09:29 | GBP100m market cap and 50p share price on completion would be a welcome move. Especially given it's just the start. "The overall objective we set out over a year ago was to build a material African-focussed oil and gas independent. I see this as the first step of many future acquisitions." "This is the start of a journey, it's not the end of a journey. This is the very first rung in the ladder for Afentra. Personally I've been in this journey before starting 20 years ago and that journey went a long way, and I expect this journey to go a long way as well." | x54v
08/11/2022 09:05 | About 4.5k bopd and effective date of acquisitions about march/April 2022. Imo market cap could be at least GBP100m ( about 50p share price) when the deal is concluded hopefully soon. | jungmana
05/11/2022 15:45 | palisz - the price reference made by Jungmana is to I3E not AET. | cf456
05/11/2022 12:26 | Interesting as this thing never traded below 7p | palisz
04/11/2022 18:14 | “Investor-frie Article well worth a read. | x54v
04/11/2022 15:11 | Our time is coming, delayed but not long to go now. It's been a long road, from Chinguetti to Sangaw, and finally to Angola. If the deal falls thru do we keep our $30m or whatever it was/is? | excellance
04/11/2022 10:48 | You misunderstood my statement, I3e I meant . I bought loads there from 4p to 7p levels in Q4 of 2020 and is at 24p today. If all goes to plan buying AET at this level should see multiple of todays price within 24 months. | jungmana
04/11/2022 10:40 | When was this 4p, or 5, or 6 ?? Maybe 7.5 for a day or 2, but never close to 4p | palisz
04/11/2022 08:15 | He obviously does not hold . I believe this company could replicate the i3e performance over 18 to 24 minths after their Canadian acquisitions going from 4p level to about 24p today .Added a little more yesterday. | jungmana
03/11/2022 13:31 | If the deal gets signed at current prices then this is currently trading at less (marginally) than one years fcf. | devonlad
03/11/2022 12:31 | Be positive: "Commenting on the update, CEO Paul McDade said:"We are pleased to provide this update on the Sonangol and INA acquisitions and remain confident, having engaged with local authorities and counterparties in Angola earlier this month, that the transactions will complete within the previously guided timeline (Q4 2022). On the Sonangol Acquisition, we consider the extension of the long-stop date as a prudent measure to ensure that the conditions precedent can be satisfied within the agreed timeframe. We look forward to completing both transactions and working with Sonangol and the other partners to optimise production and extend the life of these quality, long-life assets." | jungmana
03/11/2022 11:48 | sorry, wrong thread! Just to say thanks for the info x54v, useful for SRSP, where they also have a pending Angolan deal | astralvision
02/11/2022 17:37 | “Paul McDade Speaks on a panel not long after the anonymous 12.30 to 13.00 "deal signing" (2pm)” | x54v
02/11/2022 17:36 | Interesting, from Twitter… —- “#AET Ian Cloke Speaks at Angola Oil and Gas Conf., Luanda, Day 2 (30th November) angolaoilandgas2022. Interestingly the programme for Day 1 12.30 involves "Deal Signing" (it doesn't say who's deal)” | x54v
01/11/2022 15:57 | 'Where are people seeing that FCF is $35/barrel at $75 Brent?' Martin, Page 3 of Afentra's: Follow On Acquisition Of Additional Interest In Angola Presentation * Average net FCF after capex of ~$35 million p.a. @ $75/bbl over next 5 years * Payback in <3 years at $75/bbl based on 2P production alone | mount teide
01/11/2022 15:40 | Bought in here today for the first time . Just 80k total holding for now | jungmana
01/11/2022 14:21 | Where are people seeing that FCF is $35/barrel at $75 Brent? Thanks | mcfly79
28/10/2022 19:22 | From the lse BB Thank you for your question. The outstanding conditions precedent relating to the Sonangol acquisition are (i) extending the Block 3/05 Production Sharing Agreement until at least 31 December 2040; this is an ongoing process between ANPG and the contractor group, and (ii) receiving governmental approvals on the transaction. On 19 October 2022, we announced extension of the long-stop date on the SPA from 20 October 2022 to 31 December 2022 to facilitate satisfaction of the conditions precedent, and we remain confident that the transactions will complete within the guided timeline of Q4 2022. Kind regards Afentra | cf456
24/10/2022 17:05 | A couple of chunkier buys today - 100k and 200k. Somebody loading up in anticipation of deal completion perhaps. | x54v |
