09/1/2018 11:35 | I hope 'Old Thumper' is well? I haven't noticed him post for quite some time now | pj 1
09/1/2018 11:33 | The advertised spread is as wide as it usually has been for the last 5 years or so. | pj 1
09/1/2018 11:06 | It's so quiet and spread so wide nobody would take note even if it was pumped. Took 85k of sales to drop them just shows how well bid it was. | dave4545
09/1/2018 10:48 | Its not been pumped. | susiebe
09/1/2018 10:32 | It's like a pump and dump :( | bigfrocks
08/1/2018 19:11 | Unless his trades were all the sales from many weeks ago and he has took an age to report them. Actually the price is 12 month+ high and the mm's continue to do what they do best in this stock, try and kill it off with a ludicrous spread. | dave4545
08/1/2018 11:05 | Because his sale didn't go through a market maker but was was off-market? | orange1
08/1/2018 11:02 | 6 month high | dave4545
05/1/2018 11:02 | And the mystery ends as it was Rupert Labrum who was the seller. Been no volume for ages so how could he suddenly announce a drop in % ?? | dave4545
20/12/2017 11:28 | HSBC hold 8% but are not on the shareholder register holding 7% initially as they crossed from 7% to 8% last week. Nearest to that level is Rupert Labrum with 6.5% All a bit of a mystery | dave4545
17/12/2017 20:32 | Boffster Me too but at £2 a share when it rises 500% lol A stock in the USA last week announce the same thing and rose from 0.03p to 1.04p in a few hours 3300% increase at one point. Just shows how mad anything to do with it is rising atm. That stock is 0.41p now RCGR | dave4545
17/12/2017 20:18 | Aeorema investing in crypto would be a sure-fire way to get me to sell up! | boffster
17/12/2017 16:47 | We can always dream on a miracle/surprise investment in cryptocurrency. A lot of stocks especially cash shells have been very volatile on rumours of getting involved in this field. Imagine if Aeo did it, extremely doubftful but a lot are getting involved in this bubble and so far it shows no signs of bursting. Or they will buy a complimentary business for C21 and you could have a highly profitable and cash generating little company on a tiny rating. Win win either way. | dave4545
16/12/2017 00:00 | Old thumper you still with us ? | ramas
15/12/2017 23:59 | Have to say the trade placing at 18p was only a 4p premium to cash or 400k for the complete business, a real giveaway, that said I do rate the new management and am happy for a more risk on attitude , sensibly of course with in the aim to grow the business per my original rationale for buying , never intended them to be a better divi payer than my blue chips | ramas
15/12/2017 15:39 | Maybe Mike thinks he is the one that can improve the companies performance or acquire an add-on that will transform the business but as you said tiswas, that is the $64 question, and the proof will be in the pudding, which maybe some time away. It could be a case of thinking your better than your boss but when it comes to delivery it might be another matter. Even the company website seems to have stagnated, and few new projects have been presented. Maybe they are looking for new talent? | clocktower
15/12/2017 12:09 | Just a matter of time before this should move into the 30-40p trading range again. The valuation just cannot remain so low. Any kind of acquisition with the cash will give the shares a nice re-rating. mm's trying their hardest to shake it on any little sale but 25,000 max online at 30.8p | dave4545
15/12/2017 10:42 | Ct Probably yes, who held the most shares and exercised day to day management control? Not my problem why they only got 18p, the market dictated that. Why is it relevant to the story going forwards? See above answer. | tiswas
15/12/2017 09:43 | Are you saying that Peter and Gary ignored Mike`s input over the past years tiswas? Tell me why you think they could only get 18p a share for their stock? Were they just being mugged? | clocktower
15/12/2017 09:19 | I think that you only have to speak to Mike Hale or read his bio to understand that he is a totally different animal from Peter and Gary and probably has big ambitions for the company. How he gets there is the $64k question. hxxp://aeorema.com/b | tiswas
15/12/2017 09:05 | clocktower- imo the previous BoD were uninvestable and clearly had no Business plan to grow the Business. Now most of them have gone then hopefully a new Company culture is being implemented. | pj 1
15/12/2017 08:46 | Blimey another stale deramper. Pretty desperate stuff when you have hundreds if not a thousand overvalued stocks on aim to deramp this when market cap is almost covered by cash and with a profitable business as well and new management to drive this forward. Desperate | dave4545

15/12/2017 08:40 | Takeover, or be taken over - is the share price rising because of a potential buyer or is the share price being pushed north prior to a big cash call to acquire another bolt on business and make this less dependant on one or two large clients? As The Stig says some have been in love for to long, rather than having a love - hate relationship which has paid off, and brought better rewards than waiting for the dividends. Maybe seeing it push north might give some the chance to move out and on. One just has to ask - why did the former directors sell out for just 18p if it is worth so much more? Some are going to get shafted I guess. | clocktower
14/12/2017 22:38 | big frocks I added today and I think Jonathan Hicking has added another 50k. All these penny stocks and cash shells going crazy and in a way you could treat this the same as it has £1.9 mil out of a market cap of £2.5 mil ready for new management to acquire a new business. And of course you get C21 thrown in for free generating good cash and making good profits. If you strip out the cash you would have a 600k company with a business making £250k which generated 500k of cash...nothing cheaper out there atm. I'm dreaming they invest in this crypto bubble, shares would go bonkers but that is a real pie in the sky dream. | dave4545 |
