kaos3 I'm in constant discussion with some of the board members and what has become apparent to me is that due Mark and Leslie's CVs, plus Battrick's track record, they have significant connections which enabled them to raise in a short timeframe £21mio at no discount earlier in the year which is an incredibly large amount versus the mcap of a couple of mio at the time. On top of that in April 2021 we had the appointment of Stephen Whyte and Larry Bottomley to the Board as independent Non-executive directors, who in turn have their city contacts. In brief, this board has the depth and capital market connections of a mid cap and future raises will be easier post first one, plus oil at $70+.

- have they capital support(investors) lined up is what I am thinking about - they will need "huge" amounts of capital to build this Cos vision and to gain traction - also considering "autumn deal" coming etc....

Been accumulating for a year now since the new board arrived and I spoke to them, mega smart and incredible CVs rarely seen in a small cap. DYOR research, but buying below 3-4p allows to join a mid cap in the making early stage, as seen in the early days of RockRose. The churn from the large April 2.6p raise is ending and in my opinion we are slowly attracting attention and this will only increase all the way top the October drill. Nothing is certain but with 95% CoS with an appraisal well in the attic of a field which produced and the potential of 20,000 barrels to ADV, I think that ADV has the credentials to become the best performing oil stock for H2 2021 and even more so beyond that with other similar deals. Patience will reward us big time.

No brainer at £30m mcap for a 95% cos drill for 20k bopd. If HE1 can hit £200m mcap without discovery, this has a lot of upside!
