Company appears to have a clear focus going forward. I would hope that with more regular news flow we should be back to 20p by this time next year.

From todays CF note

APC Technology’s (“APC”) full-year results to 31 August 2015 are in line
with our forecasts including the exceptional items associated with the
operational review. The review followed problems in the generation and
American businesses and we think it is reassuring that there has been no
further deterioration in either numbers or outlook. With recent contract
wins in all the business divisions we remain confident in our forecasts and
reiterate our BUY recommendation and target price of 20p.

This is fantastic news and anybody that knows anything will be buying,mms trying a little phsycology losses are in fact gone with these new contracts since August,so all the the £5m quoted losses are gone so much for the bashers.

NOTES to account:

Distribution business made circa operating profit of near £700k this business has been profitable for a number of year and capable of making near £1 million per year which will be assisted by "internet of things"

The minimise business made a loss of about £1 million excluding uplift in head office costs. Forward guidance suggest a reversal from losses to profit and should be the highest generator of profits going forward.

Re Net debt of £2m they also mention gross cash of £1.239m so this implies debt figure over £3m plus (offset by the cash to give £2m net)?

Exceptional costs of circa £3.9 million are biggest part of the losses, what is important is the group is now able to concentrate on a cash generative and profitable businesses.

Net debt of less than circa £2 million which is quite small for a £31 million turnover business and has cash balances in the bank.

Operating loss of about £1.1 million was similar to guidance set out in C note.

Taking all that into account the company should build upon a cash generative and profitable business going forward.

Looks like the minimise business is growing faster than C forecasted in their broker note.

However market cap to t/o offers (imo) massive upside potential IF as previously stated margins and execution controls can be improved going forward.

Board are making the right noises NOW to see if they can execute.

Revenue increased by 51% These are fantastic results and far superior than anybody imagined are we heading back upto 25p+

Revenue increased by 51% to £31.1 million (2014: £20.6 million)

· £21 million of recurring or repeat revenue across 1,500 customers

· 13% increase in like-for-like revenues (excluding acquisition of Green Compliance plc)

· Gross profit before exceptional costs £7.8 million (2014: £7.6 million)
