The view now in the wake of the latest gap to the upside through former November resistance at 10p is that this combined with an uptrend line in the RSI oscillator window should lead to at least an intermediate rally. The favoured destination at this point is seen as being the top of the August gap at 16.77p, an area which ties in with the top of a falling April price channel and its resistance line currently running at that zone. At this stage only back below the 50 day line now at 8.18p would be out right bearish for APC Technology. - See more at:

Spot on. The troubles of the past are well and truly behind us I suspect. But when you think back, everything was going really well until someone lost control of the freight costs. The Internal Review update said that this major problem cannot happen again due to KPI's being put in place and I believe that to be true. Some of the previous low GP former business may be lost as a result but I believe that the new contracts right across the Group will more than compensate for this. I don't think that the rerate will happen quite so soon as some but it cannot be too far ahead.

Bet u guys are now pleased I gave u some of the C figures in the note. Am looking forward to a further note in due course, my motto is help the needy and not the greedy so will try and share what I get hold of.

From the figures contained in the value of the contract must have been £350,000. i.e. £500k savings over 5 years and 3.5 year payback.
Sixteen council buildings at one London council. If word spreads it won't be the only contract from London. All new business for the future!

rinson: Your last words say it all - IF Richard H can contol costs and increase the bottom line then probable re-rating BUT (imo) it all comes down to execution - No low ball bids to keep the staff employed - There must be detailed control of the quotations and flawless execution - Also the contracts MUST have flexability to charge for purchasers amendments after the jobs have started.

On balance (say 75%) I think he will be able to execute.

Looking back at yesterdays RNS it's interesting to note that Cofely, responsible for the Fire Brigade orders, are part of the GDF Suez Company specialising it energy saving. In fact they changed their name yesterday to Energie. GDF have annual revenue of Euro 80 Billion!

Also Keir services, contractor for the Eastbourne business are one of the largest property services in the UK with £3.4B revenue.

Good connections I think if the jobs are well handled.

Stay long says British Bulls the bulls are in full control. Only fools would sell out at anything like the present price imo with a broker price target of 20 pence and a probably upgrade from the brokers...



APC is a horny stock at the moment not many shares in the marker which will double operating profits in 2 years.
