Not necessarily.. I'm invested as do not want to bail despite being significantly down on my original investment. In my case it's more of a gamble at the moment. It could all be OK. It may not be. Signs are positive though. One thing is that I don't buy into the constant denigration from share prophets. It's a long game for me.

JakNife is right. A discussion board needs comments from all points of view, otherwise everyone is merely reinforcing each other's rose tinted visions. That is a surefire way to lose your money.

If you want to see a reasonably healthy and well informed discussion board where all points of view are respected and even negative information is accepted, have a look at IQE. It is very different to this one.

See P.46 of the latest Annual Report. Shows the finance plans "based on the forecasts the directors believe that no further fundraising will be required in order to achieve its plan"

Many successful investors advise keeping clear of discussion boards. A major reason is that they tend to get taken over by small cliques who promote just one point of view and rubbish and bully anyone who dares contradict their opinions.

That has the effect of restricting open discussion and renders the discussion board valueless as a source of information.

There was a time when this discussion board was quite useful. Sadly, that is no longer the case.

As they did previously, i'm convinced there will be more positive finance news around the corner. There has to be, there's so much invested (time and money).

Do your own research but also follow your instinct... IMO!!

AVO has stood up incredibly well to attacks from discussion board 'experts', the Shareprophets doom and gloom and is progressing well. You'll see no doubt.

If AVO produce some "good news", I'll celebrate with you!

Until then my bearish view remains, based on the constant need to raise more money, and the erosion of shareholder value as a result.

Many AIM companies are in the same position, it's why many people can't make money investing in AIM stocks. Get in on a quick run and sell seems to be the only way to go now, and that's not what the market is all about, as I'm sure you'll agree.
