mr truth,

Well those weren't my words., and not nice I agree, but incredibly mild for ADVFN!

If I were you I would not look around other threads, on a scale of 1 to 10 "stupid" is -1!

It's the style of your posts that elicited that comment I feel, you are giving the impression you're an insider.

To people like me, the maths still don't look great here, and I still feel this will be taken private at some point with the investors having funded the development, and the reward will be enjoyed by someone else.

Jut a feeling, let's see how much thy have to pay Bracknor........

mrtruth,

I haven't noticed and profanity here, this thread is actually quite clean compared to many on ADVFN!

BTW,

How do you define a "genuine holder"?

All fully entitled, it's the choice of language that is not appreciated. It's called common decency (?!). Good luck to all genuine AVO holders.

mrtruth,

Do you really think a few posts here can "drive the price down"?

We are all entitled to express an honest opinion, and if you don't like that, why come here?

Who do you think is "paranoid"? People with an opposing view to your own?

Well said johnjohntaylor! Ignore the paranoid posters IMO. Seem determined to drive AVO down.

What's going on here? This looks great to me, highly positive proposition. Why are people arguing?

Not really, just learning (slowly) that there are some pretty horrible people floating around, possibly with hidden agendas!

Did he touch a nerve?

Clearly I'm not the only one who thinks you are connected in some way!

Twirl, stand down. Take a very good look at yourself and personal attacks. What a disgrace to attack fellow shareholders. ATB.

Agreed Sweet Carolina. As I said yesterday all actions are geared to making as much progress as possible with LIGHT prior to the inevitable pre pac and subsequent low ball purchase of LIGHT by the major shareholders.

All other shareholdings will be destroyed.

The irresponsible ramping "Wall St"article posted earlier is a disgrace, I quote "A crisis in funding at the company has now passed, and AVO now has a secure future."

Mr Truth you are either stupid, incredibly naive or a ramper - probably employed by Bracknor.

40-50p today sometime

Wow how could you have got it so wrong? Could it be that you have neglected to factor in that Bracknor will be forward selling in to any buying. They will not want to crash the shareprice as they make a very tidy profit against the sub 10p VWAP locked in for the next 3 weeks, but equally they will want to clear as many shares as possible ahead of their next conversion of debt already drawn down. When the conversions happen, the reality of how much of the new loan will need to be paid to Bracknor to cover the difference between VWAP and 25p nominal will sink in and how little getting this loan has done to improve the dire financial state of the company will be clear.

Do these shareholders have pockets deep enough to keep providing loans? You would think if they did and they were really that committed that they would have provided a financing package that did not require repayment whilst the company would have no way of repaying it and they would have provided enough to see them through the development phase rather than just a few more months.

It looks to me that the thinking behind this loan was to clear Bracknor out of the way and prevent an impending disaster when Bracknor pulled the plug on further drawdowns in order for those shareholders to position themselves to take advantage of a pre-pack when the Black Finch loan cannot be repaid.

"will no doubt" - massive assumption there.
Alternatively, they call in the loan and take the assets.

Not sure you read the whole article?

"Thankfully, a group of major shareholders under AB Segulah have provided a £3.9m loan to the company on far more agreeable terms, and will no doubt continue to support in future".

Very optimistically put ! The cash is nowhere near enough to get them through September this year, let alone to 2019!
