Ad4 and IDE ticked up today but I reckon we have a while to wait but when this kicks off it usually goes mental mainly as the shares are so tightly held.Can,t see today's RNS having an effect.Probably rumour was around that an RNS was imminent so people bought in on expectation. May be lucky. Having said that I would love to be proved wrong and watch this jump!!! 1.7/1.9 presently

Lol bill, i think you'll find the buying volume is the reason...only 25% of shares from the new enlarged share capital in free float, with the majority held tightly in anticipation of CloudCoCo's potential and prospects to deliver shareholder value....Gl.:-)

Nice to see a little movement here. The chart looks sweet if you are in to that type of thing. I'm not, however the share will rise on potential even in the absence of news.

I certainly expect over 2p by the end of the month.

BGF's options put a dampener on proceedings, but that's now done and dusted...CLCO's formal listing will be the catalyst for significant potential upside as positive newsflow arrives as the CloudCoCo Group gets going...Fill ya boots!!! :-)

Extension of audit partner's tenure

Andrew Bond of Nexia Smith & Williamson has acted as Senior Statutory Auditor of Adept4, the AIM listed provider of 'IT as a Service', for a period of five years, his tenure commencing in the financial year ended 30 September 2014.

The Group's Audit Committee informs Adept4 shareholders that it has sought, and received, the approval of Nexia Smith & Williamson to extend Mr Bond's tenure for one year beyond the five years normally permitted by the Financial Reporting Council's Ethical Standard ("the Ethical Standard"). This extension has been granted in the interests of maintaining audit quality and continuity following the acquisition of CloudCoCo Limited on 21 October 2019. This extension is permitted under the Ethical Standard and will enable Mr Bond to sign the auditor's report on the financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2019.
