All the new shares have been "bought" when the BGF short position was being worked.

The issue of the new paper is irrelevant, we already know this was happening and how many shares will be issued.

It has now officially finished thus no more overhang.

The BGF sold shares they didn't yet own that's known as 'pre-selling'
Once they pre sold the required amount they then fill the order by exercising their options and the new shares fill the 'short' position.

Its already been done.
They have no more shares to sell...its over.

Onwards and up.

chimers I do not doubt the knowledge that you keep stating....however this rns now means millions of more shares are being added into the market, Excuse my ignorance but does this not mean more and more dilution, therefore the share price will fall as more shares are added..

There we go RNS confirms what I stated on here that the rest of the options had been pre sold.

Had the shares allocated to the BGF been held then they would have had to released a Holdings RNS.

But we know they were all sold into the market.
So that's that done n dusted.
No more overhang.
Sit tight...more to come soon.
