Once this exercise is complete, the Company will formally change its name, website address and trading ticker. An announcement confirming the timetable for these changes will be made in due course.

Moneymunch are you in IDE now it's really cheap imo?
10p possible here sharestobuy, dependent on what value is attributed to the new debt free CloudCoCo Group on formal listing as CLCO, and dependent on disclosure of any new client contracts secured as well as material detail on existing business etc....although let's get to 2p, 3p, 4p and 5p plus first, which is likely to be much more attainable near term. Gl and fingers crossed that a date for CLCO's listing is imminent....On and Up!!! :-)
Guys and girls while we're fully loaded and waiting for little brother (AD4) don't forget about big brother (IDE) which has much more legs...and big daddy (MXCP) which is a "safe and steady" bet. Imho GLA. Best to just be in all 3 like me. We own most of the shares in IDE so good look getting many cheapies.
Does 10p by christmas sound to optimistic

paid 3p so long way to go for me, I have confidence over time, growth is very good here over time
Cloudcoco have recently signed "Two new VERY LARGE AND EXCITING NEW CLIENT CONTRACTS" , and if they are indeed "very large and exciting" as suggested by Cloudcoco, then no doubt this will have a highly positive effect on the share price

Additionally, the creation of this new debt free enterprise, the CloudCoco Group, led by a dynamic, strong and experienced development sales team, offers tremendous upside potential in the coming weeks and months as new business and client contracts are confirmed as well as expanding and developing AD4's and Cloudcoco's existing business and revenue streams, in the cutting edge and rapidly growing Cloud computing technology services sector that many organisations are adopting to enable their digital transformation, and so right time and right place for CloudCoCo and those invested, with "the cloud tech services market projected to grow 17.3% ($206 billion) in 2019, up from $175.8 billion in 2018 and by 2022, 90% of organisations will be using cloud services."

Cloudcoco's recently announced inclusion in YPO's public sector £400m data center network, could provide significant revenue, one of 32 companies given fast track status, and one of eleven companies from the 32 given first shake on running co-location data centres for public bodies, and so potentially their share of £400m could be more than most, and highly significant.

They've also recently been given supplier status on the Government's G-Cloud 11 framework, which could also provide significant revenue, the privately run firm UK Cloud Ltd has has secured £91.65m in business through its involvement in the framework, with Genomics England emerging as its biggest G-Cloud customer overall, having procured £15.8m of services from UKCloud so far, and so the numbers could be significantly higher than many realise.

All in all, The CloudCoCo Group potentially looks like a very sound investment imho, and now look forward to CLCO's formal listing and disclosure of material news and othere positive newsflow which hopefully will add significant value in the coming days, weeks and months ahead. Gla Holders....D Day fast approaching........Excitement building....the future starts now!!! ;-)

UK sets £400m fast-track for government data centers

32 companies get special favored status

August 2019

British officials have put 32 suppliers on a fast track to win £400m of business building and running data centers for government offices and public bodies.

A public procurement body, YPO, set up a framework agreement under European law that gives named suppliers the right to do quick deals with public bodies, circumventing complex and arduous EU rules. Though YPO originally stood for Yorkshire Procurement Office, the organization now operates nationwide. The arrangement covers the whole computing supply chain, from consulting, designing, building and operating data centers, to networks, security, disaster recovery and support services.

Upon opening its search for a formal supply chain in January, YPO said UK government arrangements with data center suppliers were lacking.

"This is a new framework and different from any other compliant route to market," it said in a message it sent to public procurement officers across the country this week.

"There are providers in this market, but the data center offering is limited, especially for the wider public sector," it said.

A spokeswoman for YPO told DCD that it had a team of procurement specialists who talk to public bodies to find sectors where their demand for services was not being met. They found there was no formal procurement framework for data centers, she said.

YPO, a procurement office that grew out of government administrative offices in Yorkshire, reckoned on the business being worth £400m over four years. That is the sum its framework would allow suppliers to do in deals with public bodies without having to follow the EU's usual procurement procedures.

Thirteen local government administrations in the North of England have a stake in YPO's procurement business, according to TechMarketView, a consultancy.

The arrangement is not meant to be exclusive, but YPO approved nine suppliers to build public sector data centres. Three of them were small enough to be classed officially as SMEs: Keysource, Sudlows and Nigsun. The others were 2bm, Insight Direct, Powercube, and Workplace Technology.

It gave 11 companies first shake on running co-location data centres for public bodies: Six Degrees, SCC, Daisy, Razorblue, Keysource, Phoenix, CloudCoCo, Redcentric, SunGard, UKCloud, and Zsah.

Other suppliers on the framework were given special terms to supply hardware and support services. Amazon Web Services was among 18 suppliers given favored status to do cloud computing.

Healthcare IT. GET WELL and then GET FITTER.

We were behind the transformation of SPINE2, eRS, SUS and elements of Genomics. We were also behind the HSCN Peering Exchange. We now help you leverage that shiny new secure network....oh and we've collaborated with the very best.

We're the people that the large System Integrators don't want you to speak to.

We have on multiple occasions replaced the large, expensive and slow SI community and provided a much better solution at a lower price with much more effective account ownership.

Like it.

Lol...and there's another one...MXC's...Gla :-)
The remaining Exercised Share Options were admitted today, and so presumably we should get a few other TR1's from the rest of AD4's Major shareholders, and so all the loose ends are tied up prior to confirmation of when CLCO 's formal listing will happen....anytime soon i reckon ( end of month at the latest ) Gl :-)
What makes you think that ? The price hasn't moved at all this morning even though there has been buys
