I have already covered and posted about the options and their exercise price, it was in return for wiping out £1.5m loan note debt.

Whatsmore these shares have been sold/dumped

So that's it, it's done n dusted, they can't sell them a second time.

Now it's up to Cloud Coco to work their magic.

There are no if's or but's here the share price WILL recover.

You dont got to all this effort so your rescued company can languish at 1.5p for the rest of its days.
The idea is ludicrous.

What the share price will recover "to" is the question.

That is not really quite true though. These options were originally priced at 6p and company also owed BGF £5 million. As part of the transaction BGF - forgave company £1.5m - sold the balance of the loan to MXCG - MXCG cancelled its warrants and rights to any future warrants- BGF 50,000,000 warrants were repriced to .35If you look at the value of the loan BGF gave up it is difficult to argue that shareholders have not got a good deal.

They issued equity at 0.35p to make that money, they diluted shareholders. You have almost 500 million shares out now. If I could buy them under 1p, i would consider it.
What is the debt situation, i.e. does mxcp still own it or has it been converted to shares?

10k profits??? They've just banked £165 plus from BGF's share options and the new enterprise is debt free , AD4 has existing sales revenues over £8m and CloudCoCo won almost £4m in new contracts in their first year of trading up to April 2019 and announced in September that they are one of 32 companies given fast track staus of a share of the £400m YPO public sector data center network and are one of 11 out of the 32 given first shake on running co-location data centres for public bodies, and so potentially their share of £400m could be more than most, and highly significant. They also have been given supplier status on the Government's G-Cloud 11 framework which could aslo provide significant business revenues and have confirmed they have news on two NEW VERY LARGE AND EXCITING NEW CLIENT CONTRACTS to be announced. so watch this space.
