What's the problem with someone commenting? That's why we're here. Maybe we can learn something from others?

As the s/r levels are being respected, a good chance we can bounce off 2100 and head back to test 2500 area, US markets have bounced back, so looking encouraging here.

Looks like some last minute dumping brought it back to flatline today, which is a shame because I bought in at 22.

Maybe tomorrow.

Looks like the bounce-back could be gaining traction -- some decent buy volume going through today

Sounds like you have too much time on your hands, I have no agenda, I don’t need moral support. I trade buy or sell without emotion, it’s not me that’s caused the share price to retrace nearly 30%, ask yourself why this is?

I don’t care if investors are long, short of holding short/medium long term, it’s what makes the market.

Right must be off have a good time

NY, I just checked HL as well. As EC has kindly pointed out to you before, Tony is the largest seller, understandably, I mean he is closer to 83 than 76! Despite that he owns more than 25% of ABDP. Your argument that the directors sold millions as if they picked the top perfectly could have been said over the last few years where they've been selling and still producing exceptional results. People sell for a variety of reasons and the only way you have any chance of working out what their motives might be is if you know their pattern of selling over the years.

I firmly believe management is not selling here due to 'feeling' its the top. I mean you are laughable as now you have the cheek to expect them to start buying because it would give you some moral support. Next we'll accuse them of being traders and not focusing on the business. Let them get on with continuing to do what they've done best and grow the company!

As for the comments on forecasts. The forecasts have been trimmed slightly for 2020 but which which are still looking for a consensus EPS of north of 65p i.e. a 55% EPS growth. I'll be happy with a 30% EPS growth with the current PE of ~30. They have an order book which takes them into H2 and combined with this comment in the finals:

"Had these acquisitions been completed at the beginning of the year Group revenue would have been £68,504,000 and operating profit would have been £13,019,000."

They are already on a strong footing for 2020.

Try and put your spin elsewhere NY. Many have worked out your agenda. If it's a matter of you not being able to control your emotions when writing I suggest you calm down before posting.

GL all serious and genuine investors (and yes traders too)

Hopefully a run up to test 2500 again. The s/r levels seem to be working well for this stock.

Charts saab9, it’s my worst case scenario though, Dow did a reversal -100 to + 85 so far, maybe buyers will sense a buying opp here

If that support is broken then it will be in free fall where nobody will know where it will stop. Could go much lower.

Not surprised these are off nearly 30%, Dow is down 1000pts from recent highs, a fast correction, could be a relief rally for stocks tomorrow, can see buyers coming in at 2090 support area.

Consensus eps forecast from sharescope (think another posted since). The point I'm making is that although EPS is still rising it's now forecast to decelerate. If you research similar historical situations you often find that decelerating eps can mark the topping process - plus we are seeing choppy stage 3 price action now. The share price move often has happened to the downside by the time they post falling eps. Not predicting this is going down but it's more vulnerable now and needs to exceed expectations to get gas back in the tank

Reflecting a general market sell off, some chunky sells going through, if 2090 support goes I will close off my trade but by all accounts it should hold, you would expect buyers at that level.

Some director buying would be a vote of confidence

Will watch the technicals closely over the coming weeks, is this a bear or bull trap, time will tell.

According to Stocko I have EPS of 68.10 for August 2020 (previously this was project to be 69.7p) so not a material downgrade.

EPS is projected to rise to 82.2p in 2021.

Dav - can you be more specific? Is this a broker note? When you say 'forecast to decelerate' are you talking about YOY growth in earnings?

They have two new acquisitions to be integrated and 90p/share of goodwill and intangibles on the balance sheet.

It is not surprising that there is some nervousness in the market - IMHO

Agree people spend (waste?) their lives proving a commentary and analysis on every buy and sell as they call them but in reality every trade has the opposite action ie for every buy there is a sell and vv, and all that is going on is reporting where the handover happened wrt to the mid price. Even when you point this out they keep going
