15/12/2021 12:22 | why are they selling the bingo division? looks short-sighted? And I believe they paid a lot for them? also with the acquisition of WilliamHill will 888 get the domain name williamhill.com ? | farrugia
15/12/2021 07:03 | 888 (LSE: 888), one of the world's leading online betting and gaming companies, today announces that it has reached an agreement to sell its entire B2C and B2B bingo businesses (the "Transaction"), to Saphalata Holdings Ltd., a member of the Broadway Gaming group. The consideration is $50m on a cash-free debt-free basis, | mip55

09/12/2021 08:26 | Sold my top up shares this morning for a nice 7%, catching a falling knife rarely works for me but hopefully £3 will continue to hold. Now can we please have our equity raise at these levels! | rimau1
03/12/2021 09:11 | I couldn’t resist averaging up this morning. This fell too far, surely. Ever the optimist i think £3 is the floor and i have faith that management will get a premium placing away for our “transformatio | rimau1
02/12/2021 13:54 | For all the despondency about the share price fall and a forthcoming equity rise being the reason behind it consider how our competitors have done recently FLTR - Fall of 41% from year high888 38% fallENT 35% fallThe whole sector is being hit | mip55
02/12/2021 12:48 | Some years ago admittedly but the founders believed then that £3 was the value of the company. Would they be OK with a fund raise at the current level or would they have a valuation of £5 today? | makinbuks
02/12/2021 12:42 | The recent share price performance is pretty stunning and I can only put down to the upcoming equity raise. Will be interesting to see whether they delay it - I dont think they categorically need to do it immediately given taht the cash generation from the business is comfortably sufficient to service the debt from the WH acquisition. If they do go ahead with it, I'd like to see them scale back the amount which they're raising such that dilution is reduced, and just accept running the business with more leverage. As I said, its not as if they cant service the debt PE is now sub 14x for 2022 - way too cheap if you ask me | adamb1978
01/12/2021 13:06 | A bit of good news there then. However, anyone any views on what the fund raising is likely to cost us and whether the share price will drop even further? Peel Hunt has a 750p target which looks like madness from where we are now. Maybe they're taking lessons from brokers' targets on Vodafone which are like works of fiction. | daisylove

30/11/2021 10:33 | FWIW, I will be voting against the WH acquisition. We will be sacrificing our amazing operating margins and profitability for scale and growth. I encourage you to do the same. | doctor888
30/11/2021 09:33 | If they are dragging their feet with the placing, it's costing them dear as it will have to be discounted from market price which has fallen so far so fast. Maybe they will delay until it increases.. Tough call. Maybe they have better financial options now than a placing. | shaker44
30/11/2021 09:18 | And the prospect of a large discounted placing continues to weigh heavily. | rimau1
29/11/2021 13:22 | Pretty dismal price action since the transformational news... | prettygreen
25/11/2021 08:49 | Yeap, do something like build homes for people and tax btlers. I am no socialist, but buying homes and renting them out to people who can't afford to buy just isn't cricket. | bulltradept
24/11/2021 18:55 | And given what happened with the machines in shops I think this is exactly what the Tories will do. Admittedly there is a case that it will force people into unregulated sites and the Government will lose tax as a result but I do feel the current Government takes a very dim view of this market | makinbuks

23/11/2021 07:50 | This might continue to drift until the equity placing is finalised. I have a long term holding which i will only add to once the placing shares have been issued. Sector out of favour has not helped as analysts realise that growing a US business and customer acquisition across the pond is expensive. I’ll check in again here once we have a placing announcement! | rimau1

12/11/2021 22:37 | A lot of interest from over the water in gambling companies. Bumpy ride maybe but enough noises to keep interested and possible takeover at some point. Just one of a few on the lookout... www.forbes.com/sites | winston81 |
