Shocking, rushed, poorly written update, last year 30 Sept for 2nd half, not achieved much, so why'and why so soon'Useless forex hedging looks like 20m disappeared, are they not capable'Surprising drop highlighted since 17 May given Euro footy which is producing huge turnover daily on Betfair for past 4 weeks. With more than daily games over this period, over no tournie last year, 888 seem to have missed out on this bonanza. If it has all gone to bricks and mortar then they really need the Hills estate

The markets, as usual, have made the most of the slightest mention of negativity and harshly marked us down. To thinks we are slightly ahead of this period expectations, on the back of the tremendous 2020 performance in my opinion speaks for itself. Add to that the potential of the USA, and I can see the share price recovering very soon, AIMO

Regulated % increase miniscule but reductions as economies reopen greater than one would wish to see. Surprised CEO didn't make more of the great USA opportunity but mabe he doesn't want to be a target just yet.

Decent statement, and they're gradually becoming more bullish on the 2021 outcome as we move through the year. Now, EBITDA will be slightly ahead of last year

Understandable that they have that caution given that they wont know how much of the covid related growth will be sticky vs go away.

I think we'll see some upgrades from analysts over the next day or so - not huge upgrades, but a few %. I still think the multiple is undemanding given the returns which they generate and growth of the business.

Wonder whether they'll do a special divi at some point in the next year...?
