As I predicted after the breakout of the medium term downtrend line we would get a retrace/retest of the breakout level before we moved up

Expect this move to now accelerate as we rapidly approach NASDAQ uplist confirmation

Duncan specifically mentioned their revised filing after answering SEC queries. Usually by the 3rd revised filing most of the queries will have been answered to SEC satisfaction so Definitive Filing comes pretty quickly

Trading to day ...in DDDD Was different .....They held it... little flurry this morning.But held all afternoon ..i bought another 20k They didn?t want to sell them ...My intuition is saying News is imminent ....Yesterday a few large buys slipped thru before close ...all sighns..

Portage up 100% in 4 days since confirming NASDAQ uplist. Been very confident for a long time that will be $1bn shortly after NASDAQ uplist.

Duncan in an answer at end of today's leader event: On NASDAQ listing - "We filed S-4 last week to answer some of the SEC questions, ... we've talked to a lot of US investors, .... so hopefully that process won't take too much longer."

Quite amusing in the leaders event: Duncan states concisely what 4D does and how, quickly covers as much as he is allowed to and then simply stops. He doesn't "sell" or talk around/away from the question, which is in contrast to the other leaders, and so he flummoxes the interviewer who isn't ready for him to end so soon.

Seems obvious that Duncan is SO much more pragmatic than the other leaders, also obvious 4D is further down the tracks than the others and he sees clearer and direct lines to Commercial.
