LOAC should be $13.51

My advice is use the filter option, some people are intent on destabilising and this is to be avoided. Nothing good comes from them, at the time when you need clarity, they can throw you off your game plan.

TT. 100%. AIM is full of traders and Nasdaq investors, especially new technology. I now have a 70-30 split in favour of Nasdaq vrs DDDD on AIM in my SIPP. That is where the bigger spikes will be imo.

Everyone knows a Nasdaq fundraise is coming in Q2/3 it's been be made crystal clear by the Co in interviews and RNS, it's the whole bloody point of listing in the US with a deeper pool of capital and more supportive investors than tin-pot AIM.Bring it on I say

"$25m cash shortfall to end 2022".. my understanding is consensus/guidance is for cash to last into Q321. Once Nasdaq listing is achieved - the hope is we rerate toward comparable US valuations - at which point any subsequent raise becomes less dilutive. Even at current valuation, $25m represents a circa 10% dilution - well within their means, IMO.

Divmad 17922, you mention the forecast $25mn cash shortfall.

Did this shortfall assume the warrants were exercised or not?

As far as I read it, LOAC shareholders will hold 16,268,040 warrants exercisable at $1.53. If the warrants are exercised then this brings 16,268,040 x $1.53 ~= $25mn into the company.

One way or the other, it makes a big difference to the immediate short term cash position after listing on NASDAQ.

Ok Divmad, the problem is, "a $25mn cash shortfall, at a minimum, to end-2022 based on current clinical trial expenses and SG&A " is not an "uncomfortable issue". As has been said many times before here on this board already by many and as the process of going to Nasdaq clearly indicates, funding will not be an issue for 4D. That's why this question being asked every so often by several now including you is getting on some other people's nerves, including mine. It's nothing to do with it being a "uncomfortable" question. it's to do with it being a non-issue
