Very British of 4D to go around giving 'props' to their 'competitors' like in that tweet including SYBX ticker hashtag. SYBX are very innovative in adding extra 'weapon payloads' to their bacteria and in early Phase I with Roche Genentech's immune checkpoint inhibitor Tecentriq.

Not sure 4D US counterparts would do the same. These guys play to win (and them winning means their competitors losing :-D )

Woodford was great, he let me buy dddd for 40p. Seriously though, if they had backed him for another year, they would have made a fortune. Typical short termism uk mentality when it comes to investing.

Woodford had HVIVO (now part of ORPH), that is a world leader in Virology and the only company in the World to offer COVID CHIMS (anounced today) and as Duncan states, he was insrumental in nurturing 4D to this exciting stage. As an investor picking up NW "disaaters" last year I am very happy.

I can't understand how he did not understand the liquidity trap he created himself, that was his downfall, not the choice of companies.

He was not useless ...He was just too early ......He was good, no doubt about that.He will be back I'm sure of that ....And I'll invest 100k with him when the time comes !

Great research Bermuda. It's not unreasonable to see a future where a course of relatively low cost live bio therapeutics is compulsory before national health services and insurers pay for very costly meds.And the 1,000 patents plus the same number pending means 4D could corner that market The potential is staggering

Others now publishing research confirming a link between microbiome and response to PD-1:-

'It was pretty dramatic. We found altering the gut microbiome can take a patient with advanced melanoma who has never responded to immunotherapy, which fails about 60% of the time with this kind of cancer, and convert the patient into one who responds to it."'

In my previous post, the conversion rate of 7.5315 came from the latest SEC filing.

"Based on the maximum number of ordinary shares of 4D pharma plc (“4D Pharma”), nominal value £0.0025 per share estimated to be issued in connection with the closing of the business combination (the “Merger”) with Longevity Acquisition Corporation (“Longevity221;). Pursuant to the Merger, each ordinary share, no par value, of Longevity will be exchanged for 7.5315 4D Pharma ordinary shares."
