Absolutely not happening with LOAC funding agreed at £1.10 before recent further progress and more partners. Once listed on Nasdaq we will think about raising once £2+ imo

Jolly, I'm just asking the question. There's no need for rudeness or mockery from you. I am a shareholder here and sometimes, as a shareholder, I like to raise uncomfortable issues rather than lovey dovey bullish mantra. That's all. Now I'll go back to being a watcher and waiter.

The whole reason for the merger and Nasdaq listing is about raising funds. Going down this route is the best way to raise the funds and push the company forward to bigger and better things !

Seres appeared to have had little trouble raising $260m which bodes well for 4d with a vast portfolio....Would much rather have 1% of 10bn than 10% of 100m (not that I have !!)Dilute at your leisure 4d... let's get some serious cash behind us to maximise shear scale of potential !!!!

Get some quality ii on board. Others will buy on the open market. I'm sure their broker is getting plenty of approaches. Suspect minimal discount. Might even see a premium. A well funded early stage pharma with the trials 4D have will get to £1bn market cap in no time. Dilution is part of the way forward.

I’m hoping they do raise as part of the IPO. No idea how they can start an adr programme without raising tbh.

Have you all factored in an additional fund raising as part of the US IPO? The Nasdaq Prospectus clearly spells out that there will be a $25mn cash shortfall, at a minimum, to end-2022 based on current clinical trial expenses and SG&A, excluding the cash on hand and merger financing.

i was in DDDD ... but sold at 140 recently.....
Because unlike 99 percent of there board.. i believe before Nasdaq listing they will trash the share price before hand.

i sold a few in the 140s ...Still got large holding from the 90s..Let's see were it is on listing day...U didn't think it was going back to 123 today did u ? That's only 13 points from 110 !!
