I guess I was completely insane to have attended the AGM which took place this AM in Leeds. The CEO, CSO and a NED + an Administrator James attended. The fact three BODs attended the AGM did show integrity on their part, so that was nice to see.

One_Frankel - its a lesson not to pre-judge people and events in general, otherwise you are in danger of suffering from the same insanity you are accusing others of. Remember it for the future.

Chance of 4D coming back as a going concern are slim but NOT ZERO! Those who have stake in 4D, I wish them best of luck. Those who haven't and are deliberately trying to rub salt on wounds, I have nothing to say.

Just two days before suspension, on that presentation to retail investors, Duncan stated the vision for 4D was becoming a reality - unless his vision was to see this going to administration, that was not a statement supported by the actual state of affairs and was, at best, misleading.

ssqueeze - I think there could be plenty to go at with regards to what was 'promised' or at least suggested, in terms of time lines and catalysts, vs what was actually delivered.

Cash runway statements and JD pointing to a slide showing funding options including the monies due from OF at a time when there must - surely ? - have been material doubt about our ability to stay within the terms....including the required capital raise and the necessity to keep a certain amount of cash in the bank.

All this aside, any listed company is duty bound to inform shareholders of any event that may have a material impact on the business at the earliest opportunity. In that instance I believe that would include problems, issues or delays with any of our clinical trials or results thereof, particularly as these have been previously touted by the company as 'catalysts'.

No accusations made. AIMO.

I think some of things that seemingly shows company mislead or hide information from shareholders (whether legally it has value not sure): 1) Company confirmed on email in Nov 21 to many shareholders they are on track to deliver 4 catalysts in Q4 21 itself (Bavencio study start, Pancreatic study data, Blautix strategy and Asthma data). They delivered Asthma data. Bavencio they haven't dosed 1st patient even as of today (they can claim study initiated but from Q1 22 they were stating 1st patient dosing in that quarter itself). Blautix strategy they blamed FDA being busy with covid and not replying to their queries. I am doubtful on this, their rns on blautix in Dec about FDA busy was not published on SEC and only on LSE unlike other rns. Most shocking was Pancreatic study catalyst. In Q4 21 they were saying study data in that quarter itself and IR confirmed in Nov 21 and in Q1 22 it changed to recruitment complete again not done either till now. Combo study with Keytruda they released RCC data in Q1, but nothing on NSCLC not even stating when we will know data on that group. In Feb 21, they had recruited 12 patients in RCC and 9 in NSCLC. In March 22 they had progress report on 20 patients in RCC but no update on NSCLC. Oxford 2nd tranche needed progress report on just 10 patients (1 out of 10). So did company hide any bad data from NSCLC group? They didn't even mention NSCLC group as catalyst to look forward in 22 annual returns. 2) Any board in world will do anything possible even raise just bit above full Oxford dues by April if they were in danger of covenant breach. Why did they let it go in admin? Even interviews from Duncan were so pathetic like he was coming to bring down share price unlike somebody will do to promote for immediate raise. So in future if Duncan remains in anyway involved with 4D after admin, that will be scam itself.

Even if they do manage to salvage something, shareholders won't get a look in. Plus even if they did, who in their right mind would stay invested here given the track record of this BOD. I've respect for Alex but as for John Doyle and Duncan, they're poison.

For a case to commence a cause of action needs to be identified since the Claimant(s) would need to advance allegations. Since the Claimant would be bringing the claim, the onus is on the Claimant to prove the same.

Merely stating DP has withheld information is insufficient. Proof would need to be provided that he did conceal such information.

I have not read anything about concealing information about advances in treatment and so on, but, if anyone has any evidence then do provide it.

A more sensible case, for now, if one exists, is whether or not the formal announcements made by the Co. were indeed technically accurate. But, that is a long shot from stating a case exists that can reach a successful outcome.

Who's going to pay for a full investigation? It's not going to happen. Best advice is next time to do some more due diligence before buying into a cash burning business that isn't making any money.

People are saying on an another board Duncan P did not report a breakthrough treatment? Not sure how true this is but a complete investigation is needed in this company as really stinky stuff appears to be emerging from all areas.
