25/6/2022 17:27 | Not here in lovely Umbria, Italy. Solid 33C sunshine and I completed installing irrigation in my gardens. Even more amazing is it works. Pizza and beer for the rest of the day. | ![]() purchaseatthetop
25/6/2022 17:20 | Just in from a rainy day out fella, thunder and rain storms now | ![]() boxerdogz
25/6/2022 17:18 | ...And there he is BoxerDogz or better known as Mahmood but why don't you tell the masses how you tried to deceive investors on the Pires thread with all your fantasising as renowned investor Stephen Jones but we soon discovered that you're not and are just an unfortunate fra_ud from the shanty towns of Birmingham, aren't you? ...Ohh by the way, hindsight is a wonderful thing but I doubt that's relevant here no!...Heil another truly 'Unlearned' mug! | ![]() one_frankel
25/6/2022 17:15 | Sorry for any loses incurred by true, honest, decent investors. Hidsight is a wonderful thing and companies go bust for one reason or another all across every market. Even main listings and Funds. That's the risk of investing. As for the trolls taking delight in this, Karma is a thing! SNIFF SNIFF | ![]() boxerdogz
25/6/2022 17:04 | Williamcooper. Any RNS should come with a current cash balance automatically as well. If they want to issue news they should include that. | ![]() purchaseatthetop
25/6/2022 17:00 | I really have no desire in ever responding to your utter nonsense in future you truly du_mb fu_ck... Ohh by the way, I'm no fra_ud neither a fantasist but I'm sure your counterpart BoxerMugz will be of great assistance unless of course you're already there! | ![]() one_frankel
25/6/2022 17:00 | Actually ENET will be great. Just a small detail that I am hugely down right now….. | ![]() purchaseatthetop
25/6/2022 17:00 | Have always said that every company shouldRNS their full loan agreements | ![]() williamcooper104
25/6/2022 16:55 | As I've told you time and time again our resident buffoon, you are just an irrelevance who unfortunately is clearly 'Unlearned' in every respect! ...And to compare HUR to 4D is simply stupid. HUR had and still has some very significant institutional holders with some using arbitrage to protect their investments from short-term volatility and 4D dont have anything of the sort!...But you really should stay away from any type of financial investing in future, if for nothing else your sanity! | ![]() one_frankel
25/6/2022 16:53 | On the spike in March .... Nasdaq volume was huge ...Points to the USA behind it ... Oxford or SO imo !! HUR said exactly the same thing .. shareholder revolt won !! | ![]() amaretto1
25/6/2022 16:50 | Theres insignificant liquidity on Nasdaq, largest shareholders reside in the UK, what bloody litigation if any can the US pursue in 4D as they have such little standing in the company there eventhough they have such a panache for absurd litigation cases. | ![]() one_frankel
25/6/2022 16:46 | Not talking about AIM but Nasdaq | ![]() blueblood
25/6/2022 16:42 | Let's hope you have a dossier full of 4D shortcomings FatGreek and even if you did they'll just state repeatedly that its demise was just due to the prevailing market conditions and then you just dont have a leg to stand on... ...And the IP will be taken out privately for pittance and those costs involved will be absorbed with the process, whatevers left will be inconsequential to the common shareholder unfortunately, sad times for you i suspect but if you live by the sword, you die by the sword buddy! | ![]() one_frankel
25/6/2022 16:31 | Let's see what the administrator sees or comes up with first ...If You have any information forward it to them ....i was part of the HUR attempted robbery defence, along with many others ..... not all's lost just yet !! | ![]() amaretto1
25/6/2022 16:28 | You'll be pleasantly surprised with good old unregulated AIM BlueBlood! | ![]() one_frankel
25/6/2022 16:27 | It's not optional whether they tell the market or not! Sounding like SFO need to get involved and the trading on 518 update in US needs full investigation. The naked selling was illegal especially so given inside knowledge of funding breach! | ![]() blueblood
25/6/2022 16:24 | Can we go for wrongful trading? | ![]() fatgreek
25/6/2022 16:21 | Any one got a accurate Personal wealth figure on Duncan or the CEO ? | ![]() amaretto1
25/6/2022 16:19 | It is an incredibly market sensitive issue BlueBlood but if they did at the time, you would have seen a complete obliteration in share price with many running for the hills and meanwhile 4D trying to devise a strategy they would have had little to no chance of any interim finance but unfortunately it ultimately came to that anyway... I'm not going to say dont worry about it as its a very harsh lesson to swallow but use it as a great example for ones experience in future investing! | ![]() one_frankel
25/6/2022 16:19 | 100 percent it should have been ! But what happened ...The Shorters or should i say the criminals behind this ... Spiked the share price to approx 77 pence !! Then shorted it all the way down ....On the Excellent 518 RNS ...This whole situation stinks .....Every holder who has any proof or information send it to the Administrator !! We have a HUR situation here's | ![]() amaretto1 |
