Burford capital situation is a completely different kettle of fish Muddy waters were stating governance issuesThey was no loan agreement attached to share price and NO conflict of interest !

I'm not a significant investor here unlike yourself or is that just ones fantasies all over again so it wasn't my responsibility to fine tune DD but maybe you should have delved a little deeper as it was all there in black and white but maybe you just struggle with basic literacy!

Firstly the volume is inconsequential on Nasdaq for there to be any type of solid litigation and secondly take the example of Burford Capital, they are still seething from the effects of that infamous short attack by Muddy Waters but has anything ever come to light apart from discontinuing there court case eventhough they reside in litigation!

SNG has over £20 million and stated that they have sufficient cash for at least another year. They will not be the next going into administration…;but SYME might well be as it only continues thanks to death spiral loans. They are on their third…

John Doyle clearly referenced the monies available or due in the OF facility, in black and white, on a slide in a recent video. No time right now to check the date stamp on that. But I would like to know what the cash balance was at that point and if they had already breached the initial deadline for completing a raise.

If either of those was the case, then surely it could be argued that there was a material doubt over receiving extra funds from Oxford?

Not accusations...I'm just raising questions and aimo.

I know this sounds like grasping at straws...... but it's NOT !! If proof materialises of the actions suspected of the said ...The loan agreement with OF would become uncontractual and breaks governance stipulated in the said agreement between DDDD and OF ...Just trust me on this !!

Bad day for a lot of private investors who looked like made up 40% of the share register. Don't understand why some on this board take so much pleasure in other peoples losses. I can only advise keep away from the cash guzzlers at the moment, but markets will be ripe again at some point and you will make your losses back.

Page 59 of the annual report signed off by the auditors on 31/3/22 on going concern states that the going concern issues are only on operational expenses as shown in their forecasts. None of which include $45m being raised that actual day as per the terms of the loan.

I think the auditors can be sued.
