27/6/2022 11:48 | Ohh the loan agreement has just come out of thin air has it and what do you think 4D have, governance issues!...Look at the average volume not just on that particular day. | ![]() one_frankel

27/6/2022 11:45 | Totally wrong ... in the period of the M518 RNS ...Volume on Nasdaq was extraordinary to say the least ... check back ! Burford capital situation is a completely different kettle of fish Muddy waters were stating governance issuesThey was no loan agreement attached to share price and NO conflict of interest ! | ![]() amaretto1
27/6/2022 11:41 | I'm not a significant investor here unlike yourself or is that just ones fantasies all over again so it wasn't my responsibility to fine tune DD but maybe you should have delved a little deeper as it was all there in black and white but maybe you just struggle with basic literacy! ...But I'll iterate again, noone should take any fu_ckin heed in anything to state let alone the nonsense, you are a hopeless and a truly incompetent buffon, there is just no denying that! | ![]() one_frankel
27/6/2022 11:36 | Nobby. SYME has been a legal scam since the getgo. | ![]() purchaseatthetop
27/6/2022 11:33 | Firstly the volume is inconsequential on Nasdaq for there to be any type of solid litigation and secondly take the example of Burford Capital, they are still seething from the effects of that infamous short attack by Muddy Waters but has anything ever come to light apart from discontinuing there court case eventhough they reside in litigation! | ![]() one_frankel
27/6/2022 11:33 | SNG has over £20 million and stated that they have sufficient cash for at least another year. They will not be the next going into administration… | ![]() nobbygnome

27/6/2022 11:23 | Have you noticed how not one has either acknowledged nor given you an uptick for your comment VanDuke...But think of them as just 'Sentimental' investors who can't assume the bloody obvious and then have the audacity to state everything is good in hindsight, hehe! | ![]() one_frankel
27/6/2022 11:20 | I warned u idiots in the dark months back! | ![]() borris_johnson

27/6/2022 11:14 | purchaseatthetop. I don't know about that. I mean, I'm not doubting you, just stating that I don't know. Surely what's released has to be scrutinised by their NOMAD too? John Doyle clearly referenced the monies available or due in the OF facility, in black and white, on a slide in a recent video. No time right now to check the date stamp on that. But I would like to know what the cash balance was at that point and if they had already breached the initial deadline for completing a raise. If either of those was the case, then surely it could be argued that there was a material doubt over receiving extra funds from Oxford? Not accusations...I'm just raising questions and aimo. | ![]() stonerrj
27/6/2022 11:05 | Amaretto you fool - are you still in Shield? You don't half pick 'em! | ![]() truant2tb1
27/6/2022 11:04 | Exactly the trading on 23rd in US looks fraudulent! | ![]() blueblood
27/6/2022 11:03 | Or has it been Naked shorted ??Again illegal | ![]() amaretto1
27/6/2022 10:59 | I know this sounds like grasping at straws...... but it's NOT !! If proof materialises of the actions suspected of the said ...The loan agreement with OF would become uncontractual and breaks governance stipulated in the said agreement between DDDD and OF ...Just trust me on this !! | ![]() amaretto1
27/6/2022 10:58 | jolly thing if the business could be rescued? Jolly hope so. Small chance but never say never! | jollychap
27/6/2022 10:57 | Bad day for a lot of private investors who looked like made up 40% of the share register. Don't understand why some on this board take so much pleasure in other peoples losses. I can only advise keep away from the cash guzzlers at the moment, but markets will be ripe again at some point and you will make your losses back. | ![]() smithless
27/6/2022 10:51 | hxxps://www.thebusin "Clark, managing director at Interpath Advisory, said: “Since its inception, 4D Pharma has been at the forefront of innovation around the development and use of live biotherapeutic products, but unfortunately has been impacted by the growing uncertainty gripping the capital markets." “Our intention is to try to stabilise the company in the immediate term whilst we assess options for the business.” | ![]() frrinvest
27/6/2022 10:50 | Page 59 of the annual report signed off by the auditors on 31/3/22 on going concern states that the going concern issues are only on operational expenses as shown in their forecasts. None of which include $45m being raised that actual day as per the terms of the loan. I think the auditors can be sued. | ![]() purchaseatthetop |
