The terms of the loan were that they had to raise $45m by equity event by 31/3/22
If they did not they had to place $7.5m on 1/4/22 in the secured account.
They had to provide all the accounts and details within 45 days of end of each quarter.
Then they had 15 days to correct any failure.
Then another 30 days to remedy before the loan could be called.

So. Looking at the timeline.
Quarter ends 31/3/22.
After 45 days we are at 15 May 22. They show that the $7.5m is not in the collateral account.
They have 15 days to correct. Takes us to 30 May 22
They have 30:days before the loan can be called.
Near enough takes us to this weekend.

So that is what happened. They must have known all about it.

Hehe, I know George whilst incompetent it is clearly insane why management didn't commit to a placing at that particular time but maybe DPs intentions now lie elsewhere, his 4D presentations have been quite privy of that buddy...

And George, SO must have understood early on how precarious those covenants would be to 4D with the impending market environment and I'm pretty sure he was the one providing liquidity to the market with his shorting actions whilst selling into it...

But thats the nature of the beast with investing into relatively early stage research programmes buddy, money and plenty of it is the 'Precedent' to their sustainability and 4D just left it awfully late.

On Friday ... i was made aware that corporate action was taking place But never in my wildest dreams would have thought Oxford were trying to steal the company....I was led to believe we were getting a injection of cash or a partner .. my money was on Merk ...Unbelievable situation... never mind all the employees involvedDisgusting
