i bought back what i sold about a month ago.. missed the top of the rise though. it spiked up to near 100p on last RNS. MMs milking it as much as possible IMO.

Beginning to think it is time to re-visit this old dog.I traded it whilst enjoying the soap opera it became as it fell from City darling to fraudster and sale of its major division to slater&gordon. It was always going to take a long time for the dust to settle but there is quite a lot up for grabs over the coming months as things resolve themselves. IMHO Slater's law suit is a face saving move that has no merit. They knew exactly what they were buying and had not one but two independent due diligence studies to refer to. There is £50m in escrow and £30-40m in the share of LTHclaims as agreed at time of sale to Slater. There's £80m in cash at last count. There's the sale of pthealth and ingenie/hubio and the rump. That could all add up to £200m.Let's be harsh and say that they only get half the escrow money in a deal to resolve things with S&G and only get £20m for hearing cases. Let's say they use £20m of cash staying alive & selling the rest. Let's say they only get half what it's worth - that still says they'll get well over £100m and probably £150m and possibly £200m.The market cap at £1 is £46m - you do the maths....SIPP investment only as it could take another year but there aren't many out there that could return a 4 bagged in the next 12 months and pay out in cash :)

Technowiz, there were no bids other than the named mms and they naffed off lower on selling pressure then a large manipulation bid appeared and a few DMA traders jumped in front of it. The bid side was operating like a SEAQ share as Lydnem says.

bbmsionlypostafter - those 10,000 @ 131.625p i sold on 20 July @ 111.86p. then bought them back yesterday at 91.75p and more in the mid to high 80s.

pediment - i saw share price drop to 82p on the bid but no sells down there..how is it that i was able to buy at 85.8125p when AFAIK there were no sells below that price? at the time i think the bid had dropped to 82p but as i said there were no sells.

Rog, do you understand how SETSqx works? With only named market makers on the bid it doesn't take many DMA trades to drop the price significantly.
