rog you are exactly the sort of person who would fall for a Tim Baldwin scam.

Why not get some shares in his brother in law's brewery:

Don't worry that the crowd funding firm is run by some of the best known boiler room scamters out there, because they are appointed representatives of FCA authorised Equity for Growth (Securities) - Run by Tim Baldwin.

If you bung in £100k you can get "Exclusive hire of our new Draught beer truck (Hop wheels) that boasts an 8 tap line up. We will turn up an event of your choosing and pour pints for you and your friends."

Assuming you have any friends.

I am Newt Seaman, I thought everyone knew that I have never hidden it.

My latest article is here:

Obviously Tim Baldwin is only a minor scumbag compared to Rob Terry, but all scumbags need their own Nemesis.

They have fought and won every other case for him. It is the barristers that do the heavy hitting, not the solicitors.

Now rog have you worked out yet that whilst it may be in the best interests of the banks to keep the company of SGH going, that does not mean they need to look after the shareholders.

N.B. Tom

if you are going to fight a defamation or tortious interference case

don't use a property lawyer

Was Helphire falsely inflating revenues and profits by overvaluing WIP, gobbling up a load of other firms so it could over value their WIP too and did they then overpay for the biggest fraud on AIM before everything worked out alright for them in the end as Redde? If not then I fail to see the similarity.

isn't AFR owned by Fairfax Media, which seems to have been running a bit of a witch hunt against Slater and Gordon? in my opinion

I've been expecting you Mr 'IOnlyPostcauseIam/workwithTW'

who's next?

hvs1

juicin drumroll etc etc etc?

maybe the value of the debt is priced in?

you keep pointing out the fall from 800c to 8c!

99% drop in share price

80% drop in value of debt?

your point is?

all that matters is what form a balance sheet restructuring takes

worked out pretty well for Redde (ex Helphire) a few years back!

similar company

'high up sort of fellow' LOL
well that's that then

it is because of the legal reforms that Slaters had to grow and consolidate

it is only the 'factory' firms which can handle volume efficiently, that will survive and prosper

it is all about productivity

I think you have made your views about Tom pretty well known already. This is quite tediously repetitive.

Genuinely interested in what you think of Rob Terry in the cold light of day, but if you don't want to share I won't press you further.
