Now rog have you worked out yet that whilst it may be in the best interests of the banks to keep the company of SGH going, that does not mean they need to look after the shareholders.

Was Helphire falsely inflating revenues and profits by overvaluing WIP, gobbling up a load of other firms so it could over value their WIP too and did they then overpay for the biggest fraud on AIM before everything worked out alright for them in the end as Redde? If not then I fail to see the similarity.

it is because of the legal reforms that Slaters had to grow and consolidate

it is only the 'factory' firms which can handle volume efficiently, that will survive and prosper
