Good news is, the Australian accounting authority has just given Slater and Gordon the all clear.

It looks like a pretty narrow three-week window anyway.

Bears are probably blowing this out of all proportion.

but once recapitalised, SGH will probably be too big a meal for Redde, and the vulture funds would have to see this as better than holding for recovery.

The main lenders to Slater & Gordon, the struggling Australian law firm with operations in the UK, have sold 94% of their loans at heavy losses to a consortium of distressed debt investors that plans to restructure the business.
