The curse of Quindell strikes again. SGH shareholders now officially wiped out as lenders take 96%. Grech gone with immediate effect.

TW called it right once again. So many stupid people from Steamy001's secret group, from here & LSE doubled down on SGH after QPP, now they have lost nearly everything again. I'm willing to bet a large percentage of them have STILL not read the Gotham City report & STILL refuse to read what TW had to say on the 2 companies.

Mugs will be mugs.

Second guessing the outcome of complex legal battles is a mug's game. The only thing you can be sure of is it will take ages to go through the courts (assuming there is not an OOC settlement) and it will cost a fortune in legal fees.

I suspect the claimants against WTG (SGH and the class action) will want things to go slowly so the SFO investigation completes as a positive result (negative for Terry and Fielding) would considerably strengthen their cases and we know how long the SFO takes.

My guess is upwards of 500p. This litigation conceived by My Legal Friend is balloney as far as the share price is concerned.

Gentlemen,

I suspect that Tom W has made a mistake over the strength of the S and G claim. I bought WTG again yesterday. It will take time to be resolved but, in due course, the improbable result of cash coming out of WTG will emerge.

TW as usual trying to have it both ways

He says WTG = 0p (market seems to have more sense)

He kept telling us that SGH didn't have a hope in Hell (when that suited him) and heading to 0p

His views seem to depend on which day of the week it is, and who he hates on that day

Rather like a toddler or Donald Trump

Hardly the makings of a 'shares guru'
